CHALLENGES IN SCIENCE OF NOWADAYS Sharipova Nigora Independent researcher, KEEI IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC EDUCATION OF UZBEKISTAN MEASURES TO STRUGGLE AGAINST OFFENSES AND THEIR RESULTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF KASHKADARYA REGION) Abstarct. This article analyzes cases of juvenile delinquency in Uzbekistan over the years of independence in the case of public schools in the Kashkadarya region and explains the causes and causes of increased youth crime rates across the district. Keywords: Uzbekistan, Kashkadarya, national education, ministry, school, pupil, spirituality, training, offence, crime, procuracy, internal affairs. In recent years, Uzbekistan has adopted decrees and resolutions on the organization of all stages of education in accordance with modern requirements. In particular, on September 30, 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev issued a resolution No. PP-3304 "On improving the activities of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan", which states that the ministry implements a unified state policy. Secondary schools are the main place where young people form the foundations of knowledge, worldview and spirituality. In 2018, 5.2 million children studied in 9.7 thousand secondary schools in Uzbekistan. More than 450,000 teachers taught them. Today, it can be seen that these numbers have increased significantly. In order to implement the priorities set out in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 21, 2000 No 360 "On improving the activities of commissions on juvenile affairs" a number of positive steps have been taken to prevent juvenile delinquency in collaboration with the commission, the prosecution, the police and the public education departments. -

International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology Vol. 29, No. 5, (2020), pp. 1492-1495 KESH-SHAKHRISABZ OASIS IN THE MIDDLE AGES Akram Hasanov Akram Hasanov - Karshi State Unversity, Uzbekistan Abstract This article analyzes the origins of Kesh from the early Middle Ages, the migration and structure of the city, its geographical location, the administrative territorial division, and the location of rustic sites based on works by Arab tourists, as well as historical, archaeological and historical sources. INTRODUCTION: Kesh-Shakhrisabz is one of the most developed cities in Central Asia, where the roots of urban planning dates back to VIII-VII centuries BC. Kesh fought for a leading position in the early medieval Sogdian confederation. Until the middle of the 7th century Sogd was the administrative and political center. [1.P.54 . ] METHODS: First, we will analyze the information about the cache in Shahrisabz. PhD basic doctoral student in "Cartography".Samarkand city Senior Lecturer, Department of Geodesy and Cartography, Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction.Samarkand city ABSTRACT:This article describes the specifics of GRS reference geodetic points (RGP), satellite geodetic network (SGS) established in the Republic for the implementation of the investment project "Establishment of the National Geographic Information System" in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A network of 50 GPS base stations for continuous geodetic production, manufactured by Leica Geosystems, is installed SGS-1. The author describes the ideas on how to check the accuracy of the plan and elevation coordinate system in the network and how to check and evaluate the accuracy of the next report on the mathematical processing of measurement results performed using the static method. INTRODUCTION In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 25, 2013 No PP- 2045 "On measures to implement the investment project for the establishment of the National Geographic Information System", the task of creating the "National Geographic Information System of the Republic of Uzbekistan" . Within the framework of this project, in 2013-2017, 50 GPS stations were built and installed in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and rooms for 14 regional centers and one central information analysis center in Tashkent were prepared and telephone and Internet communication devices were installed [5]. -

RESOLUTION of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan #PP-407 as of July 10, 2006 "On deepening the process of denationalization and privatization of the enterprises in the years 2006-2008" With the purpose of further deepening the process of denationalization and privatization of enterprises of leading branches o of economy directed to the increase of private property role in economy, fundamental reduction of state ownership in authorized funds of entities and also wide attraction of the direct investments into the development and modernization of enterprises including the foreign ones: 1. Approve lists of: o enterprises and objects where the unallocated state assets are to be privatized entirely to the private ownership, according to appendix #1; o enterprises and objects where the unallocated state assets are offered for sale in the years of 2006-2007 at the zero redemption cost with the acceptance of investment obligations by investors, according to appendix #2; o enterprises that have the strategic importance and which authorized fund has the unallocated state assets (including earlier handed over assets to charter funds of entities) are for sale on the decision of State Tender Commission into the private ownership in the period of 2006-2008 with the acceptance of investment obligations by investors, according to appendix #3. To establish that unsold, within the established deadlines, the objects and state assets in the eneterprises which are specified in appendix #1, are offered for sale on the decision of State Tender Commission at the zero redemption cost with the acceptance of investment obligations by investors. 2. Entitle the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the ministries, institutions, entities, Board of Ministries of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional khokimiyats and city of Tashkent, within a month, to approve the schedules and to provide with timely and appropriate appraisal, bids and sale of the enterprises, objects and other state assets included into the appendices #1, 2 and 3. -

Measuring and storing of any water related infrastructure will help to better recording of existing assets and proper management. GIS systems and tools are key instrument to automate processes in State Water Cadaster to increase functionality and information exchange in digital form which helps to handle easy analytical research and technical activities (Arshavir Avagyan, et al., 2014). The GIS data helps to easily understand water features in spatial view and attributive data can be regularly updated by local government officials. KEY WORDS: GIS, Water Cadastre, digital data I.INTRODUCTION Last two – three decades a GIS being heavily involved in development of digital data and support to state water cadastre with the aim of increasing efficiency and future sustainability in recording of water related assets (Wolfgang, et al.,). Digital data are base for creating of digital cadastral maps to make easy for decision makers for better understanding of the existing conditions in any given study area. According to the paper (Moha ELAYACHI, et al., 2014) the digital cadastral maps should be introduced with a detail information with attributes where map units can also clearly stored. -

The agency is dedicated to helping nations meet the needs of their citizens by providing health‐care, education, and economic opportunity to end extreme poverty and promote democratic, resilient societies. The U.S. Global Development Lab (The Lab) at USAID is bringing together a diverse set of partners to discover, test,andscale breakthrough solutions to address critical challenges in international development. A key element of this strategy is the support of scientific and technological research through the Partnerships for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER) program. PEER is a competitive awards program that invites scientists in developing countries to apply for funds to support research and capacity‐building activities on topics of importance to USAID and conducted in partnership with U.S. Government (USG)‐funded and selected private sector partners. The program is supported by USAID but implemented by the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (referred to as the National Academies). Through PEER, the Lab leverages investments by other USG‐supported agencies and private sector companies in scientific research and training in order to enhance the development priorities of USAID. USG‐funded partners must be investigators who will contribute to the scientific merit and impact of PEER projects through expertise, skills, methodologies, laboratory access, and synergies with ongoing projects.
