1 SALE TERMS The highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as he sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, and his decision shall be final. IMA TUF LENA is a buckskin stallion who has really proven himself as a sire for us. He is well built, stands 14.3 hands and weighs 1000 pounds. “Tuf” has an exceptional hip and a kind, gentle disposition. He possesses great bone and has strong dark feet. TUF N BUSY, an own son of BUENO CHEX, has been to the World Show several times. He was fourth in Senior Heeling. He has his Superior in reining, heading and heeling. TUF N BUSY has sired five world champions. Four in the youth division - two in heading and two in heeling. In 2001, he sired the World Champion Junior Heeling Horse at the AQHA World Show. Tuf was not shown due to an April 15, 1999 #4113025 Buckskin Stallion injury, but when he was ridden and King Fritz in training he showed great promise. Dear Friends, We would all like to welcome you to our 24th Annual Production Sale. We are glad you have been able to attend, and we appreciate the interest you show in our breeding program, as well as your continued patronage over the years. The Weaver family have been raising horses for 131 years, and our grandkids are the sixth generation continuing the legacy. Our family continues to grow and evolve. KellyAnne and Casey live in Lewistown, Montana. KellyAnne is the General Manager of a boutique hotel, The Calvert Hotel. Casey manages a ranch in the Snowy Mountains. Wyatt (16) spent the summer working at the ranch as well as weekends and vacations. Nancy and I appreciate the interest and love Wyatt has for the ranch. Avery (14) is our social butterfly who will be a freshman this year. She is continuing to play volleyball at a higher level. David and Stacie live in Bozeman, Montana where David works as a bail bondsman. Big year for their family, adopting Jayden (11), and oldest granddaughter, Hailey (15) will live in Bozeman and start high school there. Wesley (2) is our outside boy. He loves animals and to get dirty and Grammy’s secret garden where he can pick raspberries and play with his trucks. David and family come back to help out, and halter break the colts. Daniel and Dr. Danielle were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Eleanor (Ellie) in April, six weeks early. They spent three weeks in NICU before Ellie was able to go home, still on oxygen. At four months, she is past her fragile stage and getting stronger every day. Ellie’s smile lights up a room. Daniel has been extra busy with his new family and a record amount of hay. Not to mention, the cattle, farming, horses, and planning around my AQHA commitments. Danielle is back working at Big Sandy Pharmacy. I am serving my fifth year on the AQHA Executive Committee. It is an honor that I serve as the President, and I don’t take it lightly. The Association implemented a new computer system that was a challenge for all staff and members. We are gradually working through problems, and we see some light at the tunnel. I enjoy the time I get to spend at AQHA events, the World Show, and all opportunities to promote the American Quarter Horse. Nancy and I just returned from an AQHA Summit in Australia, involving eight countries which proved successful, and we had a great time meeting other quarter horse owners and ranches. It is impressive to see how the American Quarter Horse has touched people throughout the world. Nancy is on the board of the Central Montana Medical Center Advisory Board and is working on a fundraiser to acquire a 3D Mammogram unit. She also continues on the board of the Montana Cowboy Poetry Gathering and Western Music Rendezvous. Nancy promotes the Western Lifestyle and history in all she does. I look forward to visiting with old friends and new at this year’s sale. Thank you to our past customers that call and write about their horses; it is my favorite part of this whole business.
