Enjoy learning the details of the different types of whiskey, a beverage our ancestors fought to protect. March 14 1:00pm - 2:00pm Cocktail Class in Defibaughs Table - Reservations Required, $25 per person. Impress everyone with your new cocktail creations featuring Wigle Whiskey’s signature products. 6:30pm - 9:00pm Whiskey Rebellion Dinner - Reservations Required, $80 per person. Omni Bedford Springs selected our signature whiskey featuring local ingredients, to give our custom blend a taste of home. Created in the birthplace of American whiskey, organic wheat is locally produced by Goodness Grows Farm in Bedford, PA. “This delightful wheat whiskey has a bright and distinctively sweet body. With notes of vanilla and cinnamon on the nose, this spirit melts on your tongue with a soft maltiness, and a smooth leathery finish.
