FRESHEN IT UP!

As something becomes more familiar, we often start taking it for granted, and sometimes even stop paying attention

Operating on autopilot can be ok in some instances, but in the long run, it’s usually not in our best interests, or that of those around us. Take Blue September for example. PlaceMakers has been campaigning about the importance of getting checked for prostate cancer for years, and maybe you were checked a few years ago because of all the buzz, but since then it’s gone off your radar because you’re used to seeing it promoted.

This year, we’re hoping our ‘refreshing’ new product – Blue September air fresheners – will encourage our builders to wake up and smell the roses and do all they can to keep their health intact. As a friend of mine with cancer said: “Health is everything; nothing else really matters. Or, to put it differently, you need to be in reasonable health before anything else can worr y you”.

So don’t take your health for granted – invest in it like you would your most precious possession, and get checked! Don’t take your health for granted – invest Here at Under Construction, we’re also aware that we can’t take you, our in it like you would readers, for granted, so we’ve done a refresh of the publication’s design and are continually reviewing the content to ensure it remains the best and your most precious most relevant for your learning. It’s not just your health we care about, but possession, and get the health of your business too. checked! So, let’s use the example of Blue September it as a prompt to stand up and take note of what’s happening around you, follow up on what matters, and encourage those around you to do the same.
