Le Ikhlaas (conviction/sincérité) est donc indispensable à l'accès au paradis lorsqu'on récite Kalemat us Shahadat, alors que le chagrin de Imam Husain (As) incarne à lui seul, la sincérité. ﻋﻤﺪﺓ - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - support 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ Zikr de Maulana Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) Son règne débute et se termine par le barakat de Imam Husain(AS) : • Il débute par l'inauguration du Zarih mubarak de Imam Husain (AS) au Caire en 1965 (1385H). • Il se termine en 1435H par sa présence dans Raudat Tahera, l'endroit où fut mis en œuvre le Zarih de Imam Husain (AS) (Qasr e Husaini ). C’est aussi l’endroit où il y fut enterré recouvert de Khaak e Shifa . ﺭﺽ ﺑﺮﻫﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻰ ﻧﻲ ﺫﻛﺮ (Burhanuddin (RA ﻋﻤﺪﺓMohammed - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - supportZikr de Maulana 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ • En 1355H, Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) et Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) accomplirent Hajj. • Le 24 zilhaj, les deux Dai se rendirent sur le toit de Baitullah et Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) demanda à son mansoos (successeur) la direction du Qibla. • Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) répondit à son illustre père que son qibla se tenait devant lui. Il démontra ainsi que le Dai Zamaan est le véritable Qibla. ﺑﺮﻫﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻰ ﺭﺽ ﻧﻲ ﺫﻛﺮ (Zikr de Maulana Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA ﻋﻤﺪﺓ - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - support 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ Zikr des Duat Kiram (RA) • Lors de son pèlerinage du Haj, le 49 e Dai Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) fut questionné par un sage qui lui demanda : • Qu’est ce que le « Fiqh » (jurisprudence) ? • Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (49 e Dai RA) lui répondit alors : « Ma Qaala Allah wa Rasuluhu (SAW) » : La parole de Allah et de son prophète Rasullullah (SAW). Le sage fut ébloui par la réponse de Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA) et ajouta “Wa Ahlo Baytehi (SAW) ” ; Rasulullah (SAW) na ghar na logo. Zikr des Duat Kiram (RA) ﺩﻋﺎﺓ ﻛﺮﺍﻡ ﺭﺽ ﻧﻲ ﺫﻛﺮ ﻋﻤﺪﺓ - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - support 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ ﺣﻜﻤﺔ ﻧﺎ ﻛﻼﻡ Hikmat na Kalaam Paroles de sagesse ﻋﻤﺪﺓ - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - support 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ • La jurisprudence ( Fiqh ) est la meilleure des connaissances. • Elle n’énonce pas seulement des lois, elle permet aussi aux Mumeneen de jouir d’une vie prospère qui leur sera bénéfique également dans l’au-delà. • La jurisprudence inclut dans son domaine, la géographie, les sciences physiques et les mathématiques etc... ﺣﻜﻤﺔ ﻧﺎ ﻛﻼﻡ Hikmat na Kalaam ﻋﻤﺪﺓ - ﺳ[ﺎﺭﻭ - support ﻛﻠﻣﺎﺕﻛﻠﻣﺎﺕﻧﻭﺭﺍﻧﻳﺔﻧﻭﺭﺍﻧﻳﺔ Kalemaat Nooraniyah Nooraniyah Si le calcul du « Walaayat » est exact, il comblera les lacunes des autres calculs . Walaayat no calculation saheeh hase to ye beesra tamam calculation ne barabar kari dese 2 ﳏﺮم اﳊﺮام 1439 ﻫ -ـ ﻛﺮﺍﭼﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ Les calculs font partie intégrante de Fiqh (jurisprudence) Par exemple le calcul des rakaat de namaaz , le calcul des horaires de namaaz , etc… Parmi les sept piliers de l’Islam, le calcul de Walaayat occupe la place la plus importante. Express Khuzaima Qutbuddin, claimant to the position of the spiritual head of Dawoodi Bohras, was buried at his residence Darus Sakina in Thane on Sunday afternoon, in a private affair involving a few members from the Dawoodi Bohra community. Qutbuddin, who passed away on March 31 in California, was 76 and has been succeeded by his son Taher Fakhruddin. Owing to the feud in the family, Qutbuddin’s body was placed in a hired chopper and flown over — the mausoleum in Bhendi Bazaar where his father Taher Saifuddin and former Dai al­Mutlaq Mohammad Burhanuddin have been buried — to encircle it seven times. In a statement, Qutbuddin’s family admitted that he “had been prevented in the last two years from performing ziyarat at Raudat Tahera since the sad passing away of His Holiness the Late Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin” According to his family, it was Qutbuddin’s wish to perform ziyarats (pay respect to the grave) of his father and brother. With fear of backlash or stone­pelting from the members of the community, his family decided to visit the mausoleum in a helicopter and pay respects from directly above the grave. “…and it was fulfilled as he always wanted it, with peace and dignity,” the family stated. Qutbuddin was in a legal tussle with the former Dai’s son Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin over the succession to the post of Syedna and guardianship of all Bohra properties attached with the community.

    Chapter 11 The Dāʾūdī Bohras (Mustaʿlī Ismāʿīlī Shīʿa) Using Modernity to Institutionalise a Fāṭimid Tradition Jonah Blank 1 Introduction The Dāʾūdī (or Dawoodi) Bohras, a community numbering substantially over one million worldwide, represent one of the two branches of Ismāʿīlī Shīʿism to survive into the modern era. Mustaʿlī Ṭayyibī Ismāʿīlīs (as they are described in denominational terms) are the spiritual descendants of Egypt’s renowned Fāṭimid Caliphate. Unlike the Nizārī Ismāʿīlīs (who believe that the line of imāms continued through the succession of clerics bearing the title Aga Khan), the Mustaʿlīs believe that the last Fāṭimid caliph was the twenty- second and final present imām (Abū l-Qāsim Ṭayyib). Since the sixth century AH/twelfth century CE, both spiritual and temporal leadership of the commu- nity has rested in a line of clerics bearing the title of Dāʿī al-muṭlaq, seated first in Yemen and since the tenth/sixteenth century in the Indian states of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Over the past four decades, the Dāʾūdī Bohra clergy has attempted, with great success, to establish a communal identity that is at once universally Islamic and unique to the denomination. It has done so not by rejecting modern or Western ideas and technologies, but by enthusiasti- cally embracing many of them: in this sense, the Bohras have used ‘moder- nity’ as a tool to reinvigorate and reinstitutionalise their core traditions.1 Thus, the Dāʾūdī Bohras demonstrate the resilience and ideological adaptability of Shīʿa Islam. The name ‘Bohra’ is generally presumed to be derived from the Gujarati verb vohrvun (‘to trade’), reflecting the occupation of the overwhelming majority of Bohras throughout their history.

    ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺮﲪﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ Fifth Waaz 6th Moharram 1439H Darus Sakina Mumbai Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS Waaz Summary Maulana Fakruddin addressed Mumineen as Mohammed Rasulullah ni khaas ummat and Amirul Mumineen’s Shia kholosa (sincere Shia). We maintain the aqeeda (belief) that Rasulullah and Maulana Ali are humpalla, humshaan (the same in every shaan). There is no difference in them. They are meem and ain, ma’a (together). Maulana quoted a few abyaats from Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s qasida: • Two Rasuls (Mohammed and Ali) have come, • like the sun and the moon, they brought ibdai (divine) faiz Rasulullah said (for Fatema AS) fatema minni bada’a (Fatema is a part of me). Maulana prayed the Quranic ayat “I do not ask of you any repayment for it (guiding you) only love for my kin” (42:23). Imam Sadiq explained that a group from the ansaar came to Rasulullah and said we were misguided and you guided us so take what you 6th Moharram 1439H – Page 1 of 7 want from our wealth. This verse came to Rasulullah at that time. Then the people asked “who is the qurbat whose walayat is made mandatory?” Rasulullah answered Ali wa Fatema wa banuha (Ali, Fatema and the sons of Fatema). Maulana emphasized that walayat is compulsory (ehma koi option nathi). Syedna Qazi Nu’man says alwalayat’o hiya ta’at (walayat is ta’at, obedience). Maulana Ali says that walayat of Rasulullah is for Allah and the walayat of aale Mohammed is for Rasulullah. Maintain walayat and do good for our Shia (ehsaan).

Maulana Ali SA said that when you pray, “pray as if ﺇِﻥّ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪ ﺑِﻤﺎ ﺗَﻌﻤﻠُﻮﻥ ﺑﺼﲑ (Surat al-Baqara: 110) you are seeing Allah Ta'ala in front of you for if you do not see – ( أﻋﺒﺪ ﷲ ﻛﺄﻧﻚ ﺗــﺮاه) :And pray namaz and submit zakaat ﻳــﺮاك) And whatever good you do for your him, be sure that he is seeing you It is also narrated .”( ﻓﺈن ﻟﻤﺘﻜﻦ ﺗـــﺮاه ﻓﺈﻧﻪ souls, ye shall nd it with Allah, for Video Series – Namaz and Doa that Maulana Ali SA used to get so Allah sees Well all that you do.
