    BARIATRIC SERVICES After Bariatric Surgery Your nutrition guide Introduction Your journey to health after bariatric surgery includes eating and drinking in new ways. The new habits will help you keep losing weight, keep it off and stay healthy. Your OHSU Health Bariatric team includes a dietitian and other team members who can help you learn new ways to eat. If you are vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant or eat a gluten-free or faith-based diet, talk to your dietitian. Our team is experienced with different dietary needs and preferences. Please read this booklet carefully but remember these are only guidelines. You can write down your questions, concerns and comments to share with your dietitian or any member of your OHSU Health team.
