In accordance with Government guidelines and in the interest of everyone’s safety please follow the instructions below: • Remain in your social bubble • Northamptonshire is currently in Tier 2 of the Governments restrictions therefore households cannot mix. Bookings can only be for a maximum of 6 people and from one household only. • On booking, you will need to give your full address, as we are unable to accept bookings from Tier 3 areas. • Due to Tier 2 guidelines you will be able to gain admission only entrance. This will limit guests to external viewing only, with no refreshments or access to buildings. • If you would like to dine with us, please book on-line. • On arrival to our restaurant you will be allocated a seat and will be expected to remain in your seat/area, designated to you with no access to the balcony. • Customers cannot move between designated areas, including downstairs to view the racing and must always follow social distancing measures. • Guests are expected to consume alcohol in a responsible manner and not engage in abusive language or behavior, bad behavior will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises. • Towcester Racecourse will operate as a table service for food, beverages and the tote service. Customers are not permitted to approach the bars or tote services. • Only food and drink purchased on the premises to be consumed in the stadium. • If you would like to use our tote betting system, please note it only accepts cash. • A mask should always be worn, even when going to the toilet, unless in your own transport or in the restaurant. • Social distancing measures have been put in place for your safety, including one-way systems, reduced capacity and hand sanitation points. To reduce contact – always keep 2 meters apart Covid-19 Code of Conduct • Do use our sanitizing stations that are set around the buildings so that you can regularly wash your hands & sanitize. • A breach of social distancing may result in management asking you to leave without a refund. • Towcester Racecourse reserves the right to deny entry at any time. • Prior to your visit please download the NHS trace and track app on google play or on i phone apps so that when you arrive you can scan the QR code in the Empress and Grace Stands and around the site. • All booking details will be retained for 21 days in line with government advice on track and trace. • We are now a non-smoking/vaping venue and this will not be permitted anywhere on site. • Please respect our staff and security personnel they are here to make you feel comfortable and keep you safe, abuse will not be tolerated and may result in asking you to leave. • Guests can use our car park at their own risk, Towcester Racecourse does not accept liability for any accidents, damage, or losses. • In the event of an emergency customers are expected to follow staff directions and emergency response procedures. • Trainers & kennel hands must not mingle with owners and the public. • Follow the recommendations on site signposting & respect areas with restricted or limited access.
