PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF THESE DATES ARE STILL SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT REVIEW.

How is the Club is dealing with the time credits for Lock-Down? – All current & up to date memberships held by ‘Outdoor’ members have had a further +3m of ‘rounded-up’ credited added to their membership time giving them +6m of extra membership time since the first lock-down on 20/3/20. In a similar way, and as of end March ’21, all Indoor, TT & Gym have also been credited with a total of +8m of time-credit and this will continue to be extended for those who are still unable to use the club). So all renewals and payments have been deferred to your new expiry date. All Social Subscriptions remain suspended & will be credited in full once the Club’s indoor Bar facilities re-open.

As an example: If you had an Outdoor mship that originally ran 1/4/20 – 31/3/21 and if you have made all your subscription payments, your mship time has been extended forward to 30/9/21. No further payments will be collected by direct debit 1st April ’21 to 30th Sept ‘21. Your mship will therefore come up for renewal 1/10/21. You will be notified of this two weeks prior (i.e. around 15th Sept ’21) giving you all the normal details of fees and any instalment payments. At the point of renewal we will be re-setting your mship to your prior, original renewal date and so a 6 month, pro-rata renewal fee will be requested for a mship 1/10/21 to 31/3/22 (N.B. all monthly DD payments and quarterly payments will apply as normal, however, if you pay your sub over 8 instalments this will be reduced to 4 payments making the amount identical to that of you normal payment under your normal 8 instalments due to the 6m renewal fee).

We thank all members for their tremendous support by continuing to pay their subscription instalments, without which the club would be in a very different position today due to the pandemic effect. Many members have expressed their desire to wave this allocated time credits which is so much appreciated. If you are one of those people that wish to do so (and waive these recent 3 month time credit) please kindly reply to this email – thank you.

 New Subs Fees ’21 – ’22. There will be no increase to our subscription charges this year.

 Two New Floodlit Padel Courts – currently we anticipate work to start mid to end of April with Padel play hopefully due to start June ’21!

 Old Photos of the Club? Do you have any pictures of the Club, Courts or Club house from it’s early years as we are proud of the fact that the Club dates back to 1899 but sadly don’t presently have any photos. Do you therefore have a photo of the club tucked away in an old family album that you’d be willing to share with us? … we’d love to see it!
