We’re All a Part of the Show As a member of the Universal Orlando team, you are part of a talented group of people sharing the fun, excitement, atmosphere, and entertainment with our guests. Our success in providing an enjoyable and memorable entertainment experience for our guests depends on you. Whether your role is with guests or behind-the-scenes, your attitude, grooming habits, and attention to detail in how you care for your appearance will have a major impact on the overall impression you make. Your appearance plays an important role in our goal to exceed our guests’ expectations. We strive to present a consistently clean, neat, and approachable image to our guests. Therefore, we expect all Team Members to adhere to our prescribed Appearance Standards that reflect our resort’s image. It is important to understand that the appearance standards below are guidelines and do not replace good judgment. Any and/or appearance circumstance that may be considered questionable will not be permitted. We are proud of the entertainment experience we present to our guests and it is our Team Members that make the experience come to life. If you have any questions you must ask your leader, an HR representative, or the Wardrobe Department. Your department may have additional appearance standards that your supervisor will outline for you. Appearance Standards: All Team Members Here is what we expect of you as a member of the Universal Orlando team, both on stage and backstage: Name Tags • Name tags must be worn while on stage in guest areas, as they are an important part of our wardrobe and contribute to guest and Team Member interactions. Unless otherwise specified by the Wardrobe Department, name tags should be worn on the upper left of your – not on a lanyard (with certain exceptions).
