Medical Plan Changes after Open Enrollment If you find that you defaulted into a medical plan or selected a plan that is not one you want for 2014, please call the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) 1-800-888-8267 for assistance to select a different plan. Retirees may change to a different medical plan through February 28, 2014. (This is a special change window for 2014 only and will not apply in any subsequent year.)

W2 is Now a 1099R? As a retired faculty/staff member, you will have a 1099R for tax purposes. They will be available online at the END of January at the At Your Service website (https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso), Not sure what was taken out of our pension check? You may now see the statements online. You will need to login and there is a link if you have never set up or cannot remember your password. You will be able to view or change: • Benefit income statements (aka: pension check information) • Manage Direct Deposit banking information • Annual tax statements  Manage federal and California tax withholding allowances and amounts  Correct your address and ensure your beneficiaries are up to date. If you have questions about using At Your Service or have trouble logging in, call the UC Retirement Administration Service Center at 800-888-8267.

Volunteer Opportunity - Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine Approximately one full day a week, every other week; flexible on the day of the week. General business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The offices are located on the first floor of Hewitt Hall on the UCI campus.

Assistance is needed on projects such as: · Tracking and managing registration for events and community education classes · Compiling materials for our community classes (example: putting notebooks together) · Preparing and working with spreadsheets (excel) to track donors and prospective donors · Preparing formal correspondence · General event coordination assistance · Meeting arrangements (making lunch reservations, providing directions, etc.) · Answering the public phone line · Interactions with donors (i.e., answering questions on things like how to make a gift to the Center) · Other similar administrative work This person will work with the Senior Director of Development and the Associate Director of the Center. Ideally, we are looking for a volunteer with strong administrative skills, detail-oriented focus and sensitivity in dealing with donors, community members and the public.
