CRS 2017 coordinators handbook requires addressing the NOAA predicted Sea level situation for 2100 AD, at the Intermediate High Value Standard (~ +5.0 feet above current MHW in NJ).

An evaluation of the existing stormwater system, discharge rates, and tidal influences is necessary.

A section of community flood mitigation projects in progress, in final planning, and in concept for the future is also part of the plan.

Anticipated improvements projected for the next 5-year review is expected.
