Two Prepaid Stickers can be used in place of one Oversized Garbage Sticker. Charging for Household Garbage Designated Bags for Plastic Packages may be still used without Prepaid Stickers. The fee-based program for household garbage disposal began on October 1, 2009. Nagano City introduced a fee-based program for household garbage disposal, aiming for a Relief from paying garbage disposal fee reduction of garbage, more aggressive separation for recycling, and a fairer charge for disposal Designated Bags for Burnable Garbage will be provided for free according to the system for volume.
