Canada’s Fresh Water Summit – A great place to visit all year long! Canada’s Smallest Jail Did you know that the Wharf on Balsam Lake in Coboconk is officially recognized as Canada’s highest body of Located on Water Street, the Coboconk jail - arguably the smallest jail in Canada - was built in 1884 by Albert fresh water from which one can circumnavigate the world by boat?
