The aim of this dissertation is to identify traditional dishes in selected autonomous communities of Spain and additional identification of Spanish restaurants in Prague. The main focus is on traditional restaurants within the selected communities of Spain and on identification of Spanish restaurants in Prague, where the availability of the traditional dishes will be analyzed. The research is done using data obtained from the official websites and from personal visits of the restaurants. The aim is supported by research questions, which were settled at the beginning. The research question going to be answered in this thesis are: What dishes are served in the traditional restaurants in selected autonomous communities? Which dishes, from the selected autonomous communities, are served in Spanish restaurants in Prague? How many restaurants in Prague are focused on Spanish cuisine only?
