We've kept up a high level of production hours, and have built on our international ambitions, winning development deals with BBC America and Canal Plus. Culture and reputation of the company (e.g. workplace culture, training initiatives, mentoring, meeting diversity targets)

Red Production Company is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to increasing diversity in TV drama, both on and off-screen. We were incredibly proud of DANNY AND THE HUMAN ZOO, not just because it was a heart-warming and original story, which garnered excellent ratings and reviews, but because it was a show with a predominantly black cast, written by a black writer and directed by up-and-coming black director Destiny Ekaragha - and was on flagship channel BBC 1, bringing diversity right into the mainstream. We are also mentoring the winner of C4's 2015 screenwriting scheme, and have helped Nuzhat Ali to win her first script commission from the channel. We are also have an intern from University, Helen Aitken working with our script team this summer.
