FOREWORD

Pursuant to the Election Act ( R.S.Q., c. E3.3), the Commission de la représentation électorale, on October 12, 2011, established the boundaries of one hundred and twentyfive electoral divisions and assigned names to them. The description of the new electoral divisions is presented in alphabetical order herein.

The municipalities, Indian reserves and establishments, reserved lands, unorganized territories and their boundaries are those that existed on October 1, 2011.

Where the words "autoroute", "avenue", "boulevard", "chemin", "côte", "rue", "railway line", "overhead electric power line", "canal", "lac", "fleuve" and "rivière" are used, they refer to the median line unless provided otherwise.

In the description of the electoral divisions, the name of a local municipality is sometimes followed by an abbreviation which refers to the designation of the municipality. The following list gives the abbreviations and their meaning.

CT – canton (township) CU – cantons unis (united townships) ÉI – établissement indien (Indian settlement) M – municipalité (municipality) NO – territoire non organisé (unorganized territory) P – paroisse (parish) RI – réserve indienne () TC – terres réservées cries (Cree reserved territory) TI – terres réservées inuites (Inuit reserved territory) TK – terres réservées naskapies (Naskapi reserved territory) V – ville (town) VC – village cri (Cree village) VK – village naskapi (Naskapi village) VL – village VN – village nordique (northern village)

Where it is intended to interpret or to enforce the boundaries of the 125 electoral divisions established by the Commission, the official wording published in the Gazette officielle du Québec should be used.

Lastly, maps illustrating the boundaries of the 125 electoral divisions are available on the website of the Chief Electoral Officer and the Commission de la représentation électorale, at: www2.electionsquebec.qc.ca/lacartechange/en/step_3_final_decision.asp.

2 1. ABITIBI-EST

The division of AbitibiEst comprises the following municipalities: Belcourt (M), Malartic (V), RivièreHéva (M), Senneterre (P), Senneterre (V) and Vald'Or (V).

It also comprises the part of the Ville de RouynNoranda that corresponds to the Ville de Cadillac and to the unorganized territories of LacMontanier, LacSurimau and Rapidedes Cèdres, as they existed on December 31, 2001.

It also comprises the Indian reserve of LacSimon and the Indian settlement of Kitcisakik.

Lastly, it comprises the following unorganized territories: LacGranet, LacMetei, Matchi Manitou and RéservoirDozois.

2. ABITIBI-OUEST

The division of AbitibiOuest comprises the following municipalities: Amos (V), Authier (M), AuthierNord (M), Barraute (M), Berry (M), Champneuf (M), Chazel (M), Clermont (CT), Clerval (M), Duparquet (V), Dupuy (M), Gallichan (M), La Corne (M), La Morandière (M), La Motte (M), La Reine (M), La Sarre (V), Landrienne (CT), Launay (CT), Macamic (V), Normétal (M), Palmarolle (M), Poularies (M), Preissac (M), RapideDanseur (M), Rochebaucourt (M), Roquemaure (M), SaintDominiqueduRosaire (M), SaintFélixde Dalquier (M), SainteGermaineBoulé (M), SainteGertrudeManneville (M), SainteHélènede Mancebourg (P), SaintLambert (P), SaintMarcdeFiguery (P), SaintMathieud'Harricana (M), Taschereau (M), Trécesson (CT) and ValSaintGilles (M).

It also comprises the Indian reserve of Pikogan.

Lastly, it comprises the following unorganized territories: LacChicobi, LacDespinassy, Lac Duparquet and RivièreOjima.

3. ACADIE

The division of Acadie comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of AhuntsicCartierville and bounded as follows: the part of the borough of AhuntsicCartierville situated between the autoroute des (15) and the boulevard SaintLaurent and the extension of this boulevard.

3 It also comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of SaintLaurent and bounded as follows: the avenue O’Brien, the boundary of the borough of SaintLaurent, the avenue SainteCroix and the boulevard de la CôteVertu.

4. ANJOU–LOUIS-RIEL

The division of Anjou−LouisRiel comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal that corresponds to the borough of Anjou.

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of Mercier– HochelagaMaisonneuve and bounded as follows: the autoroute Transcanadienne (25), the rue Sherbrooke Est and the boundary of the borough of Mercier–HochelagaMaisonneuve.

5. ARGENTEUIL

The division of Argenteuil comprises the following municipalities: Arundel (CT), Barkmere (V), BrownsburgChatham (V), Gore (CT), Grenville (VL), GrenvillesurlaRouge (M), Harrington (CT), LacdesSeizeÎles (M), (V), MilleIsles (M), Montcalm (M), Morin Heights (M), SaintAdolphed'Howard (M), SaintAndréd'Argenteuil (M), SaintColomban (V), Wentworth (CT) and WentworthNord (M).

6. ARTHABASKA

The division of Arthabaska comprises the following municipalities: Inverness (M), Laurierville (M), Lyster (M), NotreDamedeLourdes (P), Plessisville (P), Plessisville (V), Princeville (V), SaintChristophed'Arthabaska (P), SaintFerdinand (M), SaintLouisde Blandford (M), SaintNorbertd'Arthabaska (M), SaintPierreBaptiste (P), SaintRosaire (P), SainteSophied'Halifax (M), SaintValère (M), Victoriaville (V) and Villeroy (M).

7. BEAUCE-NORD

The division of BeauceNord comprises the following municipalities: Beauceville (V), Frampton (M), SaintAlfred (M), SaintsAnges (P), SaintBernard (M), SaintElzéar (M), Saint Frédéric (P), SainteHénédine (P), SaintIsidore (M), SaintJosephdeBeauce (V), Saint JosephdesÉrables (M), SaintJules (P), SaintLambertdeLauzon (P), SainteMarguerite (P), SainteMarie (V), SaintOdilondeCranbourne (P), SaintSéverin (P), SaintVictor (M), Scott (M), TringJonction (VL) and ValléeJonction (M).

9. BEAUHARNOIS

The division of Beauharnois comprises the following municipalities: Beauharnois (V), Saint ÉtiennedeBeauharnois (M), SaintLouisdeGonzague (P), SaintStanislasdeKostka (M) and SalaberrydeValleyfield (V).

10. BELLECHASSE

The division of Bellechasse comprises the following municipalities: Armagh (M), Beaumont (M), Honfleur (M), LacEtchemin (M), La Durantaye (P), NotreDameAuxiliatricede Buckland (P), SaintAnselme (M), SaintCamilledeLellis (P), SaintCharlesde Bellechasse (M), SainteClaire (M), SaintCyprien (P), SaintDamiendeBuckland (P), Saint Gervais (M), SaintHenri (M), SainteJustine (M), SaintLazaredeBellechasse (M), SaintLéon deStandon (P), SaintLouisdeGonzague (M), SaintLucdeBellechasse (M), Saint Magloire (M), SaintMalachie (P), SaintMicheldeBellechasse (M), SaintNazairede Dorchester (P), SaintNérée (P), SaintPhilémon (P), SaintRaphaël (M), SainteRosede Watford (M), SainteSabine (P) and SaintVallier (M).

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Lévis situated in the borough of Desjardins and bounded as follows: the part of the borough of Desjardins situated to the south of the autoroute JeanLesage (20).

The division of Berthier comprises the following municipalities: Berthierville (V), La Visitation del'ÎleDupas (M), Lanoraie (M), Lavaltrie (V), Mandeville (M), SaintAlphonseRodriguez (M), SaintBarthélemy (P), SainteBéatrix (M), SaintCléophasdeBrandon (M), SaintCôme (P), SaintCuthbert (M), SaintDamien (P), SaintDidace (P), SainteÉlisabeth (P), SainteÉméliede l'Énergie (M), SainteGenevièvedeBerthier (P), SaintFélixdeValois (M), SaintGabriel (V), SaintGabrieldeBrandon (P), SaintIgnacedeLoyola (P), SaintJeandeMatha (M), Sainte MarcellinedeKildare (M), SaintMicheldesSaints (M), SaintNorbert (P) and SaintZénon (M).

It also comprises the Indian reserve of Manawan.

Lastly, it comprises the following unorganized territories: BaieAtibenne, Baiedela Bouteille, BaieObaoca, LacCabasta, LacDevenyns, LacduTaureau, LacLegendre, Lac Matawin, LacMinaki, LacSanté and SaintGuillaumeNord.

12. BERTRAND

The division of Bertrand comprises the following municipalities: Entrelacs (M), Estérel (V), IvrysurleLac (M), Lantier (M), NotreDamedelaMerci (M), Piedmont (M), Prévost (V), Sainte Adèle (V), SainteAgathedesMonts (V), SainteAnnedesLacs (P), SaintDonat (M), Sainte LuciedesLaurentides (M), SainteMargueriteduLacMasson (V), SaintSauveur (V), Val David (VL), ValdesLacs (M) and ValMorin (M).

It also comprises the Indian reserve of Doncaster.

Lastly, it comprises the unorganized territory of LacdesDixMilles.

13. BLAINVILLE

The division of Blainville comprises the following municipalities: BoisdesFilion (V), Lorraine (V) and SainteAnnedesPlaines (V).

It also comprises the Ville de Blainville, except for the part of this city located both to the south of the boulevard de la Seigneurie Ouest and the boulevard de la Seigneurie Est and to the west of the railway line of the Agence métropolitaine de transport.

6 14. BONAVENTURE

The division of Bonaventure comprises the following municipalities: Bonaventure (V), Caplan (M), CarletonsurMer (V), Cascapédia–SaintJules (M), Chandler (V), Escuminac (M), Hope (CT), Hope Town (M), L'AscensiondePatapédia (M), Maria (M), Matapédia (M), New Carlisle (M), New Richmond (V), Nouvelle (M), Paspébiac (V), PointeàlaCroix (M), Port Daniel–Gascons (M), RistigouchePartieSudEst (CT), SaintAlexisdeMatapédia (M), Saint Alphonse (M), SaintAndrédeRestigouche (M), SaintElzéar (M), SaintFrançoisd'Assise (M), SaintGodefroi (CT), SaintSiméon (P) and Shigawake (M).

It also comprises the Indian reserves of Listuguj and of .

Lastly, it comprises the following unorganized territories: RivièreBonaventure, Rivière Nouvelle and RuisseauFerguson.

15. BORDUAS

The division of Borduas comprises the following municipalities: Beloeil (V), McMasterville (M), MontSaintHilaire (V), Otterburn Park (V), SaintAntoinesurRichelieu (M), SaintCharlessurRichelieu (M), SaintDenissurRichelieu (M), SaintJeanBaptiste (M), Sainte Madeleine (VL), SaintMarcsurRichelieu (M), SainteMarieMadeleine (P) and SaintMathieu deBeloeil (M).

16. BOURASSA-SAUVÉ

The division of BourassaSauvé comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of MontréalNord and bounded as follows: the rivière des Prairies, the boundary of the borough of MontréalNord, and the boulevards SaintMichel, HenriBourassa and PieIX.

17. BOURGET

The division of Bourget comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of Mercier–HochelagaMaisonneuve and bounded as follows: the autoroute Transcanadienne (25), the boundary of the borough of Mercier–HochelagaMaisonneuve, the fleuve SaintLaurent, the extension of the railway line of the Canadian National Railway Company, this railway line and its extension, and the rue Sherbrooke Est.

7 18. BROME-MISSISQUOI

The division of BromeMissisquoi comprises the following municipalities: Abercorn (VL), Bedford (CT), Bedford (V), BoltonOuest (M), Brigham (M), Brome (VL), Bromont (V), Cowansville (V), Dunham (V), East Farnham (M), Farnham (V), Frelighsburg (M), Lac Brome (V), NotreDamedeStanbridge (M), SaintAlphonsedeGranby (M), SaintArmand (M), SaintIgnacedeStanbridge (M), SaintPierredeVéronneàPikeRiver (M), SainteSabine (M), Shefford (CT), Stanbridge East (M), Stanbridge Station (M), Sutton (V), Warden (VL) and Waterloo (V).

19. CHAMBLY

The division of Chambly comprises the following municipalities: Carignan (V), Chambly (V), Richelieu (V), SaintBasileleGrand (V) and SaintMathiassurRichelieu (M).

20. CHAMPLAIN

The division of Champlain comprises the following municipalities: Batiscan (M), Champlain (M), SainteAnnedelaPérade (M), SainteGenevièvedeBatiscan (P), SaintLuc deVincennes (M), SaintMaurice (P), SaintNarcisse (P), SaintProsperdeChamplain (M) and SaintStanislas (M).

It also comprises the part of the Ville de TroisRivières situated to the east of the rivière SaintMaurice, excluding the île de Blonville, the île Caron, the île de Sable, the île La Poterie, the île Ogden, the île SaintChristophe and the île SaintQuentin.

21. CHAPLEAU

The division of Chapleau comprises the part of the Ville de Gatineau bounded as follows: the autoroute de l’Outaouais (50), the boulevard Lorrain, the railway line of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, the boulevard Labrosse, the rue Sanscartier and its extension, the limit of the Ville de Gatineau in the rivière des Outaouais, including the île Kettle, the rivière Gatineau, the ruisseau Desjardins, the avenue Gatineau and the boulevard La Vérendrye Ouest.

8 22. CHARLESBOURG

The division of Charlesbourg comprises the part of the Ville de Québec situated in the borough of Charlesbourg and bounded as follows: the rue de la Faune, the avenue du Zoo in a northernly direction, the boulevard HenriBourassa, the rue SaintAubert, the extension of the rue SaintAubert, the rivière des Roches and the boundary of the borough of Charlesbourg.

23. CHARLEVOIX–CÔTE-DE-BEAUPRÉ

The division of Charlevoix–CôtedeBeaupré comprises the following municipalities: Baie SainteCatherine (M), BaieSaintPaul (V), Beaupré (V), Boischatel (M), ChâteauRicher (V), Clermont (V), La Malbaie (V), L’AngeGardien (M), Les Éboulements (M), L’Isleaux Coudres (M), NotreDamedesMonts (M), PetiteRivièreSaintFrançois (M), SaintAimédes Lacs (M), SainteAnnedeBeaupré (V), SainteFamille (P), SaintFerréollesNeiges (M), Saint Françoisdel’Îled’Orléans (M), SaintHilarion (P), SaintIrénée (P), SaintJeandel’Île d’Orléans (M), SaintJoachim (P), SaintLaurentdel’Îled’Orléans (M), SaintLouisde GonzagueduCapTourmente (P), SaintePétronille (VL), SaintPierredel’Îled’Orléans (M), SaintSiméon (M), SaintTitedesCaps (M) and SaintUrbain (P).

The division of Châteauguay comprises the following municipalities: Châteauguay (V), Léry (V), Mercier (V) and SaintIsidore (P).

It also comprises the Indian reserve of .

25. CHAUVEAU

The division of Chauveau comprises the following municipalities: LacBeauport (M), Lac Delage (V) and StonehametTewkesbury (CU).

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Québec situated in the borough of Charlesbourg and bounded as follows: the limit of the Ville de Québec, the boundary of the borough of Charlesbourg, the rivière des Roches, the extension of the rue SaintAubert, the rue Saint Aubert, the boulevard HenriBourassa, the avenue du Zoo in a southernly direction, the rue de la Faune and the boundary of the borough of Charlesbourg.

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Québec situated in the borough of La HauteSaint Charles and bounded as follows: the limit of the Ville de Québec, the boundary of the borough of La HauteSaintCharles, the boulevard de l’Ormière, the southward extension of the rue MonseigneurCooke, the rue MonseigneurCooke, the rue du PetitVallon, the overhead electric power line and the autoroute HenriIV (573).

It also comprises the Indian reserve of Wendake.

Lastly, it comprises the unorganized territory of LacCroche.

26. CHICOUTIMI

The division of Chicoutimi comprises the part of the Ville de Saguenay that corresponds to the Ville de Chicoutimi, as it existed on February 17, 2002.

27. CHOMEDEY

The division of Chomedey comprises the part of the Ville de Laval bounded as follows: the autoroute Laval Ouest (440), the autoroute des Laurentides (15), the limit of the Ville de Laval in the rivière des Prairies, the autoroute Chomedey (13), the boulevard NotreDame and the overhead electric power line, the boulevard SaintMartin Ouest, and the 100 e Avenue and its extension.

28. CHUTES-DE-LA-CHAUDIÈRE

The division of ChutesdelaChaudière comprises the part of the Ville de Lévis situated in the borough of ChutesdelaChaudièreEst and bounded as follows: the part of the borough of ChutesdelaChaudièreEst situated to the south of the autoroute JeanLesage (20).

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Lévis that corresponds to the borough of Chutes delaChaudièreOuest.

The division of Verdun comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal that corresponds to the borough of Verdun.

123. VIAU

The division of Viau comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of Villeray–SaintMichel–ParcExtension and bounded as follows: the part of the borough of Villeray–SaintMichel–ParcExtension situated to the northeast of the avenue Papineau.

124. VIMONT

The division of Vimont comprises the part of the Ville de Laval bounded as follows: the limit of the Ville de Laval in the rivière des Mille Îles, a boundary between the île SaintJoseph and the île Forget, the rivière des Mille Îles, the extension of the boulevard SainteMarie, the boulevard SainteMarie, the avenue des Perron, the montée SaintFrançois, and the overhead electric power line, the avenue Papineau, the autoroute Papineau (19), the autoroute Laval (440), the railway line of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, the extension of the rear line of the sites fronting on the rue SaintPaul (east side), this line and its extension.

125. WESTMOUNT–SAINT-LOUIS

The division of Westmount–SaintLouis comprises the town of Westmount.

It also comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of VilleMarie and bounded as follows: the voie CamillienHoude, the boundary of the borough of VilleMarie, the boulevard SaintLaurent and the boulevard RenéLévesque Est, the rue Sanguinet and its extension, the rue SaintAntoine Est and the rue SaintAntoine Ouest and the boundary of the borough of VilleMarie.

Lastly, it comprises the part of the Ville de Montréal situated in the borough of Le Plateau MontRoyal and bounded as follows: the avenue du MontRoyal Ouest and the avenue de l’Esplanade, the rue Rachel Ouest, the boulevard SaintLaurent and the boundary of the borough of Le PlateauMontRoyal.
