Instructions 1. Only include brook trout trip information. 2. Trips with no catch are as important to us as trips with catch! 3. Choose a Stream Name below. If you did not fish in any of these watersheds, write the name of the watershed where you fished. 4. Choose a Gear Type from the list below. 5. If more than one gear type is used on a given trip, fill out a separate row for each gear type used. You might use up to three rows for a single trip. 6. Record trip length to the nearest half-hour. 7. Please COUNT the number of fish caught. If total catch must be estimated, please indicate. 8. Measure all fish - do not estimate lengths. 9. Record the number of fish caught in each size range. 10. Record the lengths of all fish kept.
