Jupiter in the Signs from 1927 to 2032 Created by Cayelin K Castell Jupiter in the Signs from 1927 to 2032 Created by Cayelin K Castell Shamanic Astrology sees Jupiter as the primary spiritual path (Yoga) or Dharma for achieving your current life goals. Said another way, when we take action aligned with the archetypal energies of our natal Jupiter it is the quickest way to further our soul’s purpose. Additional factors for clues about your personal Jupiter and the intention it describes on your natal chart, include the House Position of Jupiter, and what other planets may be conjunct Jupiter. What is presented here is focused on finding the sign Jupiter was in at the time you were born (with brief sign descriptions below) and also locating your next Jupiter return an important cycle of initiation that happens about every 12 years. Finding your Personal Natal Jupiter The first step to find where Jupiter was when you born is to look through the table below and find the year you were born. Some years Jupiter retrograded back into the previous sign, so be sure to note the dates when you are locating the sign of Jupiter around your birthday in the year you were born. On the days that Jupiter is changing signs the only way to know for sure what sign Jupiter is in - is to have a birthtime and run a natal chart. You can get a free chart here. http://alabe.com/freechart The Jupiter Return is the high point of the 12 year Jupiter cycle offering renewal of vision and re-alignment with your soul’s purpose. The Jupiter return can be affected by other personal cycles you may be experiencing and it is also affected by your intent to work with these energies to maximize the gifts of this recurring Timing. This belt is considered special because it is where the sun, the moon, and the planets all move. The word zodiac means “circle of figures” or “circle of life”. As the earth revolves around the sun, different parts of the sky become visible. Each month, one of the 12 constellations show up above the horizon in the east and disappears below the horizon in the west. If you are born under a particular sign, the constellation it is named for can’t be seen at night. Instead, the sun is passing through it around that time of year making it a daytime constellation that you can’t see! This is the year to turn a talent or a hobby into an income or full time career. Saturn will give you the discipline you need to transform a vision into reality. Most of the time our passions do not blend well with our work, duties and responsibilities. Fun and duty are in a way, contradictions. As soon as we become responsible, we stop having fun. But in 2018 you can make an exception to the rule. You can be responsible, follow up your daily tasks, make a routine to get things done, and let your creativity flow and live a passionate life. In fact, most artists or creatives who eventually become successful have learned how to bring together these otherwise very different aspects of life: passion and duty.

NSF’s National Optical Infrared Astronomy Research Laboratory and Planetary Science Tod R. Lauer (NOIRLab) [email protected] (520) 861-4618 John Blakeslee (Gemini / NOIRLab) NSF’s National Optical Infrared Astronomy Research Laboratory (NOIRLab) is a new organization that consolidates NSF’s National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO), the Gemini Observatory, and the operation of the Rubin Observatory into a unified system for providing the US research community with frontier observational facilities and data. NOIRLab will also be tasked with providing the community with access to the US extremely large telescope (ELT) projects now in development: the Giant Magellan Telescope and the Thirty Meter Telescope, if the NSF invests in construction and/or operations of one or both of these telescopes Historically, NOAO and Gemini have enthusiastically supported planetary science research, and fully expect to continue to do so over the coming decade. The Rubin Observatory will soon begin operations with its Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST), which will provide a deep census of small bodies throughout the solar system. The ELTs will be built around high- performance adaptive optics fed imaging and spectroscopy, which will be available for detailed study of all solar system objects, and will support strong programs in exo-planet research. The Decade Ahead We write to the Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey with the simple goal of requesting that the survey consider us within the constellation of facilities available for supporting initiatives in planetary science and astrobiology over the coming decade. Overall, we see NOIRLab supporting leading-edge planetary science research with all of its facilities, and would enjoy working with the planetary science community to realize this ambition.

DREKKANNA - THE D/3 CHART = DRESHKHAMSA Drekkana the D-3 chart = dreshkhamsha = a graphic representation of the placement of each radix graha into one of the 36 Drekkana BPHS Chapter 6: Shloka 7-8. Dreshkamsha: "One third of a Rashi is called Dreshkamsha. These are totally 36, counted from Mesha, repeating thrice at the rate of 12 per round. The 1st, 5th and the 9th Rashi from a Rashi are its three Dreshkhamsha and are, respectively, lorded by 1. Narada, 2. Agasthya 3. Durvasha." The meaning of the word DRESH – KANA DRESH mens seeing or visualizing objects which are apparent or hidden (obscure) in nature. KANA means corner or trine (Trikona). Therefore, Dreshkana represents the varga (division) where the signs, trine to each other, convey apparent as well as hidden personality and nature (swaroopa) of the native. Quotes From: David Frawley. the Astrology of the Seers, p. 186: "In this harmonic the first 1/3 or ten degrees 00° 00'-10° 00' of any sign ruled by itself. The middle 1/3,10° 00'-20° 00', is ruled by the subsequent sign of the same element. The last 1/3, 20° 00'-30° 00', is ruled by the final sign of the same element. For example, the first 1/3 of Sagittarius is in the harmonic third of Sagittarius, the second 1/3 in the harmonic third of Aries, and the last 1/3 in the harmonic third of Leo. Hence, if Saturn is located in a birth chart at 15° 20' Sagittarius, it would be in the harmonic third of Aries.

  • The Natural Zodiac: the Nature of the Archetypes in Evolutionary Astrology
The Natural Zodiac: The nature of the archetypes in Evolutionary Astrology. An introduction to the teachings of Jeffrey Wolf Green by Mark Jones, U.K. Pluto School, May 2003. The Zodiac itself represents or incorporates the totality of consciousness in human form on the earth in space-time reality. All of our human experience within the relative universe is contained within the 12 signs of the Zodiac. The next central point to understand is that from the perspective of Evolutionary Astrology there is no essential difference between a planetary embodiment of an archetype or that of a house cusp or planet – in simple terms, with the example of the first archetype Aries - there is no difference between the sign Aries, the first house and the planet Mars. They all carry some essential quality as the first of the twelve – they all share an essential similarity. What you are actually looking at when you look at a chart is how any given consciousness is structured. The 12 archetypes provide energy and quality within a multiplicity of possible interactions with each other to create the diversity of possible experience in life on earth. Rather like DNA the 12 strands or archetypes of the zodiac provide a blueprint for all experience. ARIES Aries is a Cardinal, Fire and Yang archetype. This correlates with the nature of energy moving outwards from the center, projected energy (whereas the Yin archetypes correspond to energy returning to the center). Whilst the Yin/Yang dynamic of the signs represents the natural polarity of our universe, the trinity of Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable signs adds a further dimension to the type of energy expressed.

  • Cancer: Foundation and Cradle of Life
CANCER: FOUNDATION AND CRADLE OF LIFE Both physicist and metaphysician agree that the beginning of our manifested universe came from One Source and that all subsequent forms of life are composed of this primordial matter. Where the two camps differ is that the metaphysician and student of The Ancient Wisdom would go on to state that the matter of the universe is alive and intelligent. We would say that this Life and this Great Intelligence can be experienced by those men and women sensitive enough to recognize Its Presence. We would also say that this Life inhabits all matter thus transcending it, and that we are also that Life, incarnating in human form. —A.O. The word “foundation” accurately describes the function of Cancer in the zodiac of the signs. Exoterically and in practical terms, this sense of anchoring externalizes through the commonly known definition of Cancer as the sign of the home, ruled by the Moon symbolizing one’s mother. This is quite true but if we add the soul- centered meanings of this sign and planet combination, we come to a much deeper and broader definition of the purpose of the Crab and its planetary ruler in our lives. In soul-centered astrology, we understand Cancer, foundation and the home to indicate the primary urge to integrate the personality so that it might reflect the intent of the soul, also symbolized by the Moon. The personality is composed of three units: the physical body, the desire nature (the astral body as it is also called), and the lower mind or reason.
