It is the second time the North Reading, Massachusetts native has received the award (2013). In addition to Carpenter’s recognition, Boston College head coach Katie Crowley took home Hockey East Coach of the Year honors for the second consecutive year after guiding the Eagles to the best season in program history, compiling a 30-1-2 record during the regular season and claiming the No. 1 national ranking. Rounding out the three major awards for 2014-15 is Boston University forward Victoria Bach, named Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Year for her efforts over the course of the season.
