From March onwards the headquarter for the regions Germany, Benelux, CEE & Russia will be based in Munich. We are expanding our team and are looking for you as Creative Producer (m/f) Key duties and responsibilities: • As Creative Producer you will be supporting the German based Creative Team by independently producing and editing promotion trailers and programme content as well as developing graphical elements and show packages across the above mentioned regions. • The creation and presentation of graphic concepts will also be one of your tasks. • You will also be responsible for scriptwriting and video editing. You will coordinate voice over recordings and the entire production process of any On Air content. • This might also include directing shoots for promos. • The role also involves the coordination, briefing and supervision of post-production, external agencies and freelancers.

Your profile: • We are looking for a candidate who has a proven work experience of at least 3 years in TV creative services, promotion production or related fields. • The role demands a great sense of design and trends as well as a high degree of creativity and flexibility. • The ideal candidate will have a very good knowledge of the German TV market, knowledge of an Eastern European and/or the Dutch market is also desirable. • Essential are good skills in a relevant video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, ideally you will also have a good knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop or Illustrator. • You will need to have fluent English and very good German language skills, knowledge of an Eastern European language or Dutch will be an advantage. • You are our ideal candidate if you are an effective communicator and a team player with a cooperative working style.
