INTRODUCTION 1. Honourable Speaker, I beg to move that your esteemed House resolves to receive, debate and approve the Government’s Revenue and Expenditure Estimates for the financial year 2021/22. This speech presents the first national budget of the Sixth Phase Government under the leadership of Her Excellency Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
