BADMINTON Nocs Allocated Quota Places Including Universality Places for the MINSK 2019 European Games BADMINTON NOCs Allocated Quota Places including Universality Places for the MINSK 2019 European Games The European Ranking List of 28 March 2019 Qualification Process: MEN Men’s Single Singles players ranked 1 to 8 – two (2) individual Quota Places to the two (2) highest ranked athletes, respecting the maximum quota allocation per NOC per event. An NOC may have more than two (2) singles players ranked 1 to 8 in the European Ranking List in this event. In such a case, the NOC can enter any two (or one) singles players. Singles players ranked 9 and lower – one (1) individual Quota Places to the one (1) highest ranked athlete. Singles players will be considered in turn and any NOC is eligible to enter one (1) singles player, if the total quota is not exceeded in this event. An NOC may have more than one (1) player ranked in the European Ranking List in this event. In such case, the NOC can enter any one singles player. La majorité d’entre eux sont des sportifs amateurs, encouragés par leur club. Le comité a plaisir à les voir évoluer dans la plus Grande compétition nationale individuelle et les félicite. Beaucoup de débats se feront autour du niveau de la compétition, et de l’âge à partir duQuel le badiste est considéré comme « vieux » pas encore « vétéran » et encore moins « retraité ». Un point nous mettrait tous d’accord : le badminton est un sport jeune si j’ajoute Qui s’intéresse aux jeunes voire très jeunes, seriez-vous tous d’accord ? Un autre sujet devrait faire débat. Présenter sa candidature pour orGaniser un championnat de France siGnifie répondre à un cahier des charGes Qui est lourd avec une aide fédérale peu circonstanciée. En l’absence de candidature de deux choses l’une, soit la compétition est annulée comme les championnats de France vétérans, soit les exiGences du cahier des charGes sont revues à la baisse.

KR has replied and the matter was concluded from a Badminton Scotland perspective. DG advised that Badminton Scotland had followed robust processes, in what was a challenging time, given lack of tournament results and lack of training opportunities. Staffing. Malou Guldbaek had submitted her notice, following her decision to return to her native Denmark. Her significant contribution over the last 15 months was recognised.
