Project management offices at provincial and county levels have made great efforts to promote the project ecological afforestation models, restore vegetation in highly degraded mountainous areas and establish protection plantations in saline coastal areas. It is also noted that the community consultation process has been mainstreamed and appreciated by participating communities and households.
