a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:
• 7 days institutional quarantine until TR-PCR test results are declared, except pregnant women, elderly person (above 75 years), attendees of funeral, children (below 10yrs), Divyang, Immediate relative of hospitalized patients, people pre- existing health conditions
• 7 days home quarantine after completion of institutional quarantine
• All passenger should go through TR-PCR test upon arrival
• All passengers arriving at the airport have to undergo health screening
• Declaration form prescribed by state to be filled by passengers at arrival
• Same day return will not fall under any quarantine and testing
b) Air Travel Guidelines:
• All passengers traveling by air should use face masks/covers during boarding and travel, and must follow hand hygiene, and social distancing norms
• All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport
• Thermal scanning for all arriving passengers at exit point
• Declaration form prescribed by state to be filled by passengers at arrival
c) Road Travel Guidelines:
• Free movement for the vehicle on NE (States of North East) during daytime (09am - 05pm)
• For states outside NE, permit requires, one can mail to the transport department to obtain the pass ([email protected]) or one can apply online at https://eservices.assam.gov.in/
• All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof
• People aged above 65 years, pregnant women and children less than 10 years are advised to stay at home
• Only two people can travel with one driver • It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling
