From New York and points South & West

Via I-95 Northbound: Take Exit 43, Campbell Avenue. Turn left at bottom of exit ramp. Continue 0.7 miles to intersection with Route 1 (Boston Post Road), passing University of New Haven’s main campus on your left. At Boston Post Road (Route 1), turn left and travel to top of hill. At stoplight, turn right onto Pruden Street (near Subway restaurant). Follow road to North Campus parking lot and Charger Gymnasium. CHARTER BUS via I-95 Northbound (Exit 43 restricted to no trucks): Take Exit 42, Saw Mill Road. Take a left off the exit and follow Saw Mill Road (Route 162) for 1.3 miles to intersection with Boston Post Road (Route 1). Take right onto Boston Post Road (Route 1) and continue for 1.9 miles to light at Pruden Street (New Haven main campus on your right). Take a left onto Pruden Street (near Subway restaurant). Follow road to North Campus parking lot and Charger Gymnasium.

Via Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) Northbound: Take Exit 57, Route 34 east (Derby Avenue). Travel 3.4 miles to Route 122 (Forest Road). Turn right, travel 1.0 miles to first traffic light, Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Turn right, travel to top of hill. At stoplight, turn right onto Pruden Street (near Subway restaurant). Follow road to North Campus parking lot and Charger Gymnasium.

Via I-95 Southbound: Take Exit 43, First Avenue. Turn right at bottom of exit ramp, travel 0.5 miles to second traffic light, Route 122 (Campbell Avenue). Turn right at Campbell Avenue and continue to intersection with Route 1 (Boston Post Road), passing University of New Haven’s main campus on your left. At Boston Post Road (Route 1), turn left and travel to top of hill. At stoplight, turn right onto Pruden Street (near Subway restaurant). Follow road to North Campus parking lot and Charger Gymnasium. CHARTER BUS via I-95 Southbound (Exit 43 restricted to no trucks): Take Exit 45, Ella T. Grosso Blvd. Follow Ella T. Arcadio “Kayo” Rodriguez, Jr. Field Sports: Soccer/Lacrosse

Located in the heart of the University of New Haven campus, Arcadio “Kayo” Rodriguez, Jr. Field saw a $1.3 million upgrade prior to the 2007 fall season and the addition of bleachers and a press box prior to the 2010-fall season. The home of the Charger men’s and women’s soccer teams and the women’s lacrosse team, the facility - better known as Kayo Field - has played home to numerous events throughout the years and is also utilized by the campus intermural and club sports. Charger Gymnasium Sports: Basketball/

Charger Gymnasium has long been the game site for the New Haven men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams. It houses locker rooms for all of the Chargers’ varsity athletic programs, as well as the athletic administration offices, coach’s offices, the sports medicine room, equipment room and the Tony Sparano Training Center. The building has hosted numerous NCAA Regional competitions throughout the years, as well as the Special Olympics, Convocations, concerts, and camps & clinics for the surrounding community, among other events. Most recently, the court at Charger Gymnasium was dedicated as Deborah Chin Court with newly designed floor, scoreboards and sound system installed in the summer of 2017. Frank Viera Field Sports:

The home of Charger Baseball, Frank Vieira Field, is named after the program’s first coach and founder. Located at the North Campus Athletic Complex, over- looking the city of New Haven, Vieira Field provides plenty of seating for fans along first base, as well as team dugouts, bullpens, and press box facilities be- hind home plate. The field is located between Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium and the University’s softball field. The residential neighborhood venue provides a comfortable setting for families to enjoy the highly successful baseball program, and the field is a convenient walking distance to the main campus. New Haven Softball Field Sports: Softball

Home of the Chargers softball team, the University of New Haven softball field is located on North Campus adjacent to Charger Gymnasium. The facility has hosted many important games over the 30-plus years of softball at New Haven. The distance to straight center is 220 feet and 190 feet down the left and right field lines. During the summer of 2010, the field underwent renovations to install a permanent fence, including a windscreen, in the outfield. Addition- ally, newly installed concrete dugouts, redesigned bullpens and a press box were installed prior to the 2015 season. Ticket Prices*: Softball: Complimentary Admission

New Haven Tennis Courts Sports: Tennis

Located adjacent to Charger Gymnasium, the New Haven Tennis Courts hosted their first match on April 16, 2016. The facility provides New Haven stu- dent-athletes high quality courts which are lit for night practices and competitions. Ticket Prices*: Tennis: Complimentary Admission

Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium Sports: Football/Field Hockey

With state-of-the-art blue and gold Sprinturf, Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium hosted its’ first football game on Saturday, September 19, 2009. After receiving turf improvements in 2008, a new press box and a cutting edge scoreboard were installed to improve upon the game environment at Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium prior to the 2009 opener. Prior to the 2010 season, a one-of-a-kind video board was also installed at DellaCamera Stadium. It is the home of both the football and field hockey programs. DellaCamera Stadium is located on UNH’s North Campus, directly across Boston Post Road from UNH’s main campus. Parking for events at DellaCamera Stadium is available in the Charger Gymnasium lot (P25). Tony Sparano Training Center Sports: Strength & Conditioning

The Tony Sparano Training Center in the training home of all the New Haven varsity athletic teams. Combined with a newly renovated core room, the Sparano Training Center offers student-athletes a place to improve upon their strength and conditioning. With a generous donation by alumnus Tony Sparano, the training center was upgraded with state-of-the-art power racks, platforms, Olympic bars, bumper plates and top-notch cardio equipment. The newly reno- vated core room adds 800 square-feet of functional training space. The room is equipped with a bungee cord training system and all the necessary equipment to improve one’s core strength. The Tony Sparano Training Center in located in the lower level of Charger Gymnasium and is open to student-athletes only.

Ticket Information: Ticket sales begin approximately two hours prior to kickoff at the ticket booth located near the entrance of DellaCamera Stadium. For more information, visit www.NewHavenChargers.com/Tickets. Regular season ticket prices are as follow: Reserved (50-Yard Line) - $20 (if available) Adult General Admission - $10 Child / Senior General Admission - $5 New Haven Students / Faculty / Staff - FREE

Parking Information: The parking lots listed are dedicated for football gameday parking. Reference campus map as needed for locations. All dedicated lots open at 9 a.m. (for a standard 1 p.m. kickoff). - Athletic Complex Parking Lot (P25) - Parking Lot 9 (P9) - Wade Street Parking Lot (P24) - Hoffman Street Parking Lot (P45) Handicapped parking is available for those with a valid permit at the Athletic Complex Parking Lot (P25). Spectators in need handicapped parking or other special assistance will be accomodated with shuttle service from the parking lot to the stadium. Please call the Athletics Office at (203) 932-7016 for any special needs. Parking is not allowed on the neighborhood streets surrounding the Athletic Complex. Signs will be posted and enforced. There is no charge for general parking. All spectators must enter the stadium or leave all parking areas at time of kickoff. All parking lots will close one hour after game ends. No pets are allowed on campus.

Bus/Team Vehicle Parking: All busses and visiting team equipment vehicles should enter the Athletic Complex Parking Lot (P25) and continue to the loop in front of the entrance to Charger Gymnasium. Busses can remain in this location throughout the game. Team vehicles may be moved to the general parking lot.

Tailgating Information: Tailgating will be allowed in the parking area with the goal of providing fans, parents, faculty, staff, alumni and students a total positive game-environment experience. Reserved tailgating spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis by calling (203) 932-7357. There is a $20 charge for reserved tailgate spaces which are located in the Athletic Complex Parking Lot. Reserved spaces allow for a small pop-up tent and grills.

To ensure an enjoyable and family-friendly atmosphere, all tailgating participants must adhere to the following policies and procedures: - Propane and charcoal grills of any kind are not permitted in the general parking area - Pop-up tents are not permitted in the general parking area - Fires built on the ground and open fire pit devices are prohibited in all areas - Pets of any kind are not allowed on University property, including parking lots - Kegs, drinking games or devices intended to accelerate the consumption of alcohol are not permitted - Glass containers of any kind are not permitted in any parking area - Dispose of all trash in trash receptacles located in tailgating areas or pack it out - Please recycle in the proper receptacles - Alcohol must remain in the tailgate area and is not permitted inside DellaCamera Stadium or Charger Gymnasium - All spectators must enter the stadium or leave all parking areas at time of kickoff

Parking Information: Spectator parking is permitted in the lot adjacent to the rear of the Beckerman Recreation Center (P16). Additional parking is permitted in the Hoffman Street Parking Lot (P45), Wade Street Parking Lot (P24), Parking Lot 9 (P9) and Charger Gymnasium Parking Lot (P25) during home soccer and women’s lacrosse games. Parking is not permitted in residential parking lots. Spectators who park across Boston Post Rd. are asked to cross at the intersection of Pruden St. and Route 1 where there is a crosswalk and accompanying light (near Subway). Spectators needing special assistance will be accommodated. Please call (203) 932-7357 or (203) 932-7016 prior to gameday.

Visiting Team Information: All locker rooms and athletic training facilities are located at Charger Gymnasium. Visiting teams who wish to use a locker room facility are asked to report to Charger Gymnasium prior to going to Kayo Field. Restrooms are available at Kayo Field inside Arbeiter Maenner Chor or the rear entrance (facing the field) of Bergami Hall. Busses and vans carrying team personnel may drop off at Kayo Field by entering the Bergami Hall parking lot (P18) located directly off Boston Post Road. After dropping off, all buses must relocate to the Hoffman Street Parking Lot (P45) or Charger Gymnasium Parking Lot (P25) throughout the diration of the contest.
