During my time here at UNH, I can honestly say that being a student-athlete has helped me to develop, grow and better myself in many positive ways. Being part of a Division II athletics team has been a huge factor in my personal growth and has helped me to improve more than my style of play. I consider it a privilege to be able to compete with so many talented individuals and learn the true meaning of sportsmanship, dedication and friendship. While learning to balance academics, athletics and a social life is diffi cult, the inspiration I have received from coaches, professors and administrators is motivating not only on the field, but also in the classroom. The welcoming community at UNH has made my life changing transition an enjoyable learning experience. That’s why I chose UNH. That’s why I chose Division II.
