For us we love the temperament of the breed. With six kids, we never had to worry about them working in the barn with their cattle by themselves during the day. We both work off the farm, so it gave us great peace of mind to know they were working with such gentle animals.

Those who win this award are not only people who state members look up to, but also are great examples of what a true advisor is. If you haven’t yet, make sure to congratulate BJ and thank him and the other Wisconsin helpers for putting on a great junior national this year. Also be thinking of nominations for the 2017 Advisor of the Year which will be presented in Louisville, July 15-21. BJ with his wife and six children.
