The intending contractor may get the tender document from the office of the undersigned during office hours accompanied with attested copy of enlistment / renewal letter up to date PEC license 2020-21 authority letter on original stamp paper from of the contractor / firm, identify card of the contractor, managing partner of the firm along with registered power of attorney issued up to 17/02/2021. The tender / bid fees shall be received / deposited by the contractor / bidder in accordance with the Punjab Local Governments (Works) Rules, 2017 vide Section B(4) to the Tehsil Council Gujar Khan in office of the tehsil Officer (I) Tehsil Council Gujar Khan or in the Bank of Punjab Gujar Khan Through Challan, which will be non-refundable. 3. The tenders will be received on 18/02/2021 up to 12:00 PM and opened at 01:00 PM in the office of the Tehsil Council Gujar Khan in the Presence of intending bidders or their authorized representatives and tender opening committee. 4. The tenders received telegraphically, E-mailed or by post or conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money in shape of deposit at call issued from the scheduled bank will not be entertained. 5. No tender will be issued after the date of issuance of tenders as indicated in the tender notice. 6. Detail of estimate every documents / specifications can be seen in the office of T.O. (I), on any working day during office hours. 7. As per general directions given in tender documents, no rebate on tender rates will be acceptable. Completion time will be strictly adhered. Proportionate progress has to be achieved by the lowest bidder. 8. Procurement procedure will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 2014. 9. In case of public holiday or due to any reason, the date issuance and receipt of tenders will be the next working day. 10. The lowest bidder whose bid will be 5% or more, below of sanctioned estimate cost of the work, the lowest bidder will be bound to deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as per rate quoted by the bidder as Additional Performance Security in the shape of deposit at call from any scheduled bank within 15 days after receipt of tenders which will be returned on successful completion of work / contract otherwise his earnest money will be forfeited in favor of Government. 11. The procuring agency under PPRA Rules 2014 section-35 may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of the bid or the proposal. The PAM should include references to all available templates and instructions either through linkages to relevant URLs or directly incorporated in the PAM. The executing and implementing agencies are wholly responsible for the implementation of ADB financed projects, as agreed jointly between the borrower and ADB, and in accordance with Government and ADB’s policies and procedures. ADB staff is responsible to support implementation including compliance by executing and implementing agencies of their obligations and responsibilities for project implementation in accordance with ADB’s policies and procedures.
