Gli anni segnati da Fca hanno visto una politica difensiva per quanto riguarda gli stabili- menti che sono stati utilizzati per la metà della loro capacità produttiva e per l’altra metà riempiti di cassa integrazione. Noi ci presentiamo a questo «matrimonio» con gli stabilimenti francesi che lavorano a pieno ritmo e i nostri che lavorano per metà della capacità produttiva installata. È molto importante capire che cosa acca- drà, se ci saranno sovrapposizioni o sinergie, se arriverà in Italia anche l’in- novazione, se si utilizzeranno le competenze di progettazione, che rela- zioni si instaureranno con gli stabilimenti produttivi e con le realtà del resto dell’indotto.
