“That the Bill to establish a mechanism to receive complaints relating to disclosure on any allegation of corruption or wilful misuse of power or wilful misuse of discretion against any public servant and to inquire or cause an inquiry into such disclosure and to provide adequate safeguards against victimization of the person making such complaint and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, as passed by , be taken into consideration.”

The Andhra Pradesh 2. SHRI to move that the Bill to provide for Reorganisation Bill, the reorganisation of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh and for matters 2014. connected therewith, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

The Judicial 3.
