Shri V. (Minister of Tribal Affairs) laid on the Table:- I. A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers, under sub- section (1) of Section 619A of the Companies Act, 1956:— (a) Tenth Annual Report and Accounts of the National Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation (NSTFDC), , for the year 2010-11, together with the Auditor‘s Report on the Accounts and the comments of the Comptroller and Auditor General of thereon. Napoleon (Minister of State in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment) laid on the Table a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Memorandum of Understanding between the (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment) and the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), for the year 2011-12.

Resignation by Member The Deputy Chairman made the following announcement in the House:— ―I have to inform Members that the Chairman had received a letter from Shri Kalraj Mishra, Member, representing the State of Uttar Pradesh, resigning his seat in the Rajya Sabha. The Chairman has accepted his resignation with effect from 21st of March, 2012.‖

(A) Government Bills — Returned (I) The Appropriation (Railways) Vote on Account Bill, 2012, as passed by Lok Sabha ^(II) The Appropriation (Railways) Bill, 2012, as passed by Lok Sabha ^(III) The Appropriation (Railways) No. 2 Bill, 2012, as passed by Lok Sabha Shri Mukul Roy (Minister of Railways) moved:- I ―That the Bill to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of a part of the financial year 2012-13 for the purposes of Railways, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.‖ II ―That the Bill to provide for the authorization of appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of India to meet the amounts spent on certain services for the purposes of Railways during the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2010 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.‖ III ―That the Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2011-12 for the purposes of Railways, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.‖
