Among the projects featured at the virtual property fair were LBS Alam Perdana and Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil.

LBS Alam Perdana is a gated and guarded township consisting a mix of landed residential development, commercial development and a combination of the Rumah SelangorKu (RSK) and Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) project in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor. While Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil is the two-tower condominium located at the heart of an internationally renowned neighbourhood, vibrant with sports, entertainment and leisure amenities.

LBS had its first Town Hall Meeting on 8 October 2018 at LBS Function Hall (Rooftop). The main purpose of the event is to provide an interactive platform for the management to communicate with the employees, as well as to deliver clear and informative internal communications framework. LBS Bina Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Lim Hock San also delivered an inspiring and motivating speech for LBS family. Approximately 250 staffs attended the meeting and the event was graced by the presence of LBS Founder and Chairman, Dato’ LBS Roadshow at Mines 2 Seri Lim Bock Seng. LBS had a roadshow at Mines 2 on 5 October 2018. The event was graced by the presence of Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Dr. Ong Kian Ming. Our Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Lim Hock San and spouse, Puan Sri Karen also attended the event.

There were 2 projects featured at the roadshow: Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil and LBS Skylake Residence. Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil is the two-tower condominium located at the heart of an internationally renowned neighbourhood, vibrant with sports, entertainment and leisure amenities. For Skylake Residence, it is a two-tower service apartment with stunning lakeside views and located in the ever-burgeoning township of Puchong.
