MEMO DATE: 20 September, 2016 TO: NNSW NPL License Applicants FROM: NNSWF CEO, David Eland SUBJECT: NNSWF Men’s Premier Competitions I write on behalf of Northern NSW Football’s (NNSWF) Board of Directors to advise the Board’s determinations relating to the structure and composition of NNSWF’s Male Premier Competitions from 2017. Detail follows; 1. Management has been authorised to execute participation agreements with the following ten (10) clubs with respect to the NNSW PS4 National Premier Leagues (NPL) for a maximum of three seasons commencing in 2017. Adamstown Rosebud FC Broadmeadow Magic FC Charlestown City Blues FC Edgeworth Eagles FC Hamilton Olympic FC Lake Macquarie City FC Lambton Jaffas FC Maitland FC Valentine FC Weston Workers FC The Newcastle Jets Youth and Emerging Jets have been afforded the opportunity to continue competing in the NPL in accordance with Football Federation Australia’s (FFA) directive and PS4 NPL National Operational Guidelines. Lake Macquarie City FC’s inclusion in the NPL is reflective of the standard of the club’s application and performance in the First Division in 2016. A well-established youth structure, which has been participating in the top divisions of the Interdistrict Competition, will facilitate the club’s seamless transition to the NPL. NNSWF Male Premier Competitions 2017-2019 Page 1 MEMO The stated clubs’ continued participation in the NPL throughout the license period is subject to the terms of the Participation Agreement. The NPL is not subject to promotion and relegation throughout the stated license period; however NNSWF at its absolute discretion in accordance with Clause 3 c) of the Participation Agreement may review and vary the competition structure and format during the license period including the number of competing clubs. -

Football South Coast Player Pathway
Football South Coast Player Pathway At Football South Coast we have a belief and passion that junior player development is vital to ensure the quality of football in this region. Junior development is not only about our representative players - it is fundamentally about grassroots development. Our aim is to offer a wide range of programs for our juniors and to provide a platform to show and learn new skills and techniques in a fun, inclusive and safe environment, under the guidance of our highly qualified coaching staff. The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of each of our programs which include School Holiday Clinics, Academy’s, the FNSW Skills Acquisition Program (SAP) and the FNSW Association Youth League and Girls Conference League Competitions and how this links to the South Coast Flame who are our representative association senior club. Each program is underpinned by the national curriculum and provides motivation in a friendly environment for young players to progress at their own rate. One of the building blocks that we encourage is the Discovery and the Skills Acquisition phase. During the Discovery phase we allow a lot of varied fun football related games and encourage the beginning of fundamental techniques. In other words, we just love them to play. During the Skills Acquisition phase, our FSC coaches provide a solid foundation for technical skills. Volume 7 Issue 9 Newsletter of the NSW State League Football Referees September 2019 71 Welcome to this seventy first edition of “The Referee”, the newsletter for all NSW State League Football Referees. This newsletter will enable our branch to communicate directly with our members and will cover issues and areas of interest to all referees. Please Note: This is a Grand Final Picture edition only. We wish to ensure that all information, educational resources and opportunities that our branch provides for referees finds its way to those who are likely to benefit most – and that’s you! Identify the mood or temperature of the game and use this awareness to ensure an adjustment in pace and/or increased involvement to prevent problems. “Tempo” is the key word here again. Games can go in cycles, where the tempo increases or decreases at different times in the game. As the referee seeking to maintain match control an approach which varies with the tempo of the game usually helps – for instance when the tempo is high, then being pickier over free kicks to slow the game down, playing less advantage and increasing communication with players usually helps. A low tempo game, where the players are looking to get on with playing football (fairly) allows the referee to take a more relaxed approach, allow trivial offences to go unpunished and play more advantage. Welcome back to the FSC Community Family. This year sees our community much bigger, covering a wider area of the region and includes many more members of our diverse community than ever before. And that shows the success of our sport as the leading inclusive participation sport of the region and the nation. I am proud to say that as I wrote last year, and as I have been stating over the last few years, FSC – as an organisation and as a Board assesses our performance as an association on 3 benchmarks. SUCCESS in our game (on & off the field of play including Governance, Communication and Leadership), ACHIEVEMENTS in developing, progressing & advancing our sport & its competitions (Junior Boys & Girls Development & Pathways, Club Infra-Structure & Facilities, Community Inclusion Programmes & Quality Competitions) and finally CREDIBILITY and trust within our Communities (Government MPs & Councillors, Business Sector, Social/Charities Organisations, the Football Community and of course our fabulous Club Members).
