Dalam penulisan skripsi di IIQ, transliterasi Arab-Latin mengacu pada berikut ini: 1. Kata Sandang qamariyyah Kata sandang (ال) Kata sandang yang diikuti oleh alif lam (1 qamariyyah ditransliterasikan sesuai (ال) yang diikuti oleh alif lam dengan bunyinya. Contoh: al-Baqarah : البقرة al-Madînah :المدينة syamsiyyah Kata sandang (ال) Kata sandang yang diikuti oleh alif lam (2 syamsiyyah ditransliterasikan sesuai (ال) yang diikuti oleh alif lam dengan aturan yang digariskan di depan dan sesuai bunyinyaContoh: ar-rajul : الرجل asy-syams : الشمس as-Sayyidah : السيّدة ad-Dȃrimî : الدارمى 3) Syaddah (Tasydîd) dalam sistem aksara Arab digunakan dengan lambang (_ّ_), sedangkan untuk alih aksara dilambangkan dengan huruf, yaitu dengan cara menggandakan huruf yang bertanda tasydîd. Aturan ini berlaku umum, baik tasydîd yang berada di tengah kata, di akhir kata ataupun yang terletak setelah kata sandang yang diikuti oleh huruf-huruf syamsiyyah. Contoh: Âmannȃ billȃhi : أ َم َّنا بِالل ِ Âmana as-Sufahȃ’u :أ َم َن ال ُّس َف َها ُء x Inna al-ladzîna : إِ َّن ا َّل ِذ ي َن wa ar-rukka’i : َوال ُّر َك ِع apabila berdiri sendiri, waqaf atau diikuti oleh kata (ة) Ta Marbuthah (4 sifat (na’at), maka huruf tersebut dialih aksarakan menjadi huruf “h”. Contoh: al-Af`idah : اﻷَ فئِدَة ِ al-Jȃmi’ah al-Islȃmiyyah : ال َجا ِمعَةُ ا ِﻹ س ََل ِميَّة ُ Sedangkan ta marbuthah yang diikuti atau disambungkan (di-washal) dengan kata benda (isim), maka dialih aksarakan menjadi huruf “t”. Contoh: Âmilatun Nashibah’: َعا ِملةٌ نَا ِصبَةٌ al-Âyat al-Kubrȃ : اٱليَةُ ال ُك ب ٰرى 5) Huruf Kapital Sistem penulisan huruf Arab tidak mengenal huruf kapital, akan tetapi apabila telah dialih aksarakan maka berlaku ketentuan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) Permendikbud No. 50 tahun 2015, seperti penulisan awal kalimat, huruf awal nama tempat, nama bulan, nama diri, dan lain-lain. Katentuan yang berlaku pada PUEBI berlaku pula dalam alih aksara ini seperti cetak miring (italic) atau cetak tebal (bold) dan ketentuan lainnya. Adapun untuk nama diri yang diawali dengan kata sandang maka huruf yang ditulis kapital adalah awal namadiri, bukan kata sandangnya. Contoh: ‘Ali Hasan al- ‘Aridh, al-‘Asqallani, al-Farmawi dan seterusnya. Khusus untuk penulisan kata Alqur’an dan nama-nama surahnya menggunakan huruf kapital. Kiai Haji Ahmad Dahlan established Muhammadiyah in Kauman, Yogyakarta, in 1912, at a time when civil associations and political organizations were emerging nationwide in Indonesia. The Muhammadiyah has a predominantly urban, middle-class base through- out Indonesia. As Muhammad Fuad observes, it was Dahlan’s concern with the poverty and backwardness of the people of the Netherlands East Indies, the majority of whom belonged to the Islamic umma, which led him to the fields of education and health.2 He was interested in issues such as reform of Islamic law and the introduction of modern education. In addition, kiai Dahlan’s revolutionary social treatment of women should be highlighted.     Kyoto University Javanese Women and Islam: Identity Formation since the Twentieth Century Kurniawati Hastuti Dewi* Despite the vast research over the last three decades devoted to the lives and social interaction of Javanese women, little has been written on the formation of these women’s identity by focusing on its development from the twentieth century up to the early twenty-first. This paper endeavors to show that the religio-cultural iden- tity of Javanese women was forged through a number of sociocultural circumstances. While revealing different features of the relationship between Javanese women and Islam, I shed light on the role Islam played, particularly since the early twentieth century, in providing transformative power to the role and status of Javanese Mus- lim women, manifested by the adoption of such Islamic dress codes as veiling, as also an important means of identity politics. I argue that new Islamic discourses have always been born out of the desire to challenge the conservative understand- ing of the role and status of Javanese women in different historical periods. Keywords: Javanese women, Islam, identity formation, veiling, identity politics Introduction Since the late fifteenth century, Islamization has brought about a significant social trans- formation in Java. Islamization in Java was marked by the transition from the ancient East Javanese Hindu-Buddhist regimes (Majapahit Kingdom) to the Javanese Islamic rulers on the north coast, and later to the Mataram Islamic Kingdom (Yogyakarta). The shifting configuration wrought changes not only in Javanese religiosity but also in Java- nese livelihoods, affecting everyone, including the women. However, over the last three decades, studies of women in Java have tended to overlook Javanese women’s dynamic intersection with Islam, framing it within identity formation.

Until September 10th, 2020, Indonesia had submitted 54 WGS. In this study, we have analyzed and annotated SARS-CoV-2 mutations in spike protein and main proteases. Materials and Methods: The Whole Genome Sequence (WGS) of Indonesia were obtained from GISAID data base. The 54 data were taken from March to September 10th, 2020. The sequences corresponded to Spike Protein (SP), 3-chymotrypsin like protease (3CLpro), and papain like protease (PLpro) were selected. The Wuhan genome was used as reference. Results: In total WGS from Indonesia, we found 5 major clades, which dominated as G clade, where the mutation of D614G was found. This D614G was identified as much as 59%, which mostly reported in late samples submitted. Beside D614G mutation, we report three unique mutations: A352S, S477I, and Q677H. Besides, some mutations were also detected in two domains that were expected to be conserved region, the main viral proteases: PLpro (P77L and V205I), 3CLpro (M49I and L50F). Conclusion: The analysis of SARS-CoV-2 from WGS Indonesia showed a high genetic variation.

This paper endeavors to show that the religio-cultural iden- tity of Javanese women was forged through a number of sociocultural circumstances. While revealing different features of the relationship between Javanese women and Islam, I shed light on the role Islam played, particularly since the early twentieth century, in providing transformative power to the role and status of Javanese Mus- lim women, manifested by the adoption of such Islamic dress codes as veiling, as also an important means of identity politics. I argue that new Islamic discourses have always been born out of the desire to challenge the conservative understand- ing of the role and status of Javanese women in different historical periods. As a religious text, the Qur'an has a very high literary dimension. The Quran also has some aesthetic and musical-messaging dimensions. This paper attempts to discuss the stylistic styles of language in the aspects of the art of reading the Qoran with a single voice, without the accompaniment of musical instruments, and unrelated to musical tone.
