1860 1860 Signature Cocktails

Bloody Mary ��9.00 Our twist on the classic Bloody Mary. Fresh Tomato juice is rolled together with Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and Belvedere Citrus.

Aviation ��10.00 The Aviation was created by Hugo Ensslin, head bartender at the Hotel Wallick in New York, in the early twentieth century. This cocktail has been making a comeback in recent years, and this is our interpretation of the drink. We mix together Star of Bombay, Crème de Violette, Maraschino Liqueur and Lemon.

1860 ��8.50 The building in which you currently sit was built in 1860 and subsequently named Silverwells. This cocktail is our tribute to that. We use Belvedere Vodka, Passionfruit, Passoã, Lime and Gomme. The sweet flavours leave a lasting impression, much like the building itself.

New York Sour ��9.00 Our twist on one of America’s most famous cocktails. Woodford Reserve is shaken together with lemon, egg white and maple syrup to give bold flavours with a smooth and silky finish.We add a red wine float to give body to the drink and a striking look.

Our American Cousin ��10.00 A notable event during 1860 was when Abraham Lincoln won the Republican Nomination to run for President, and then the following year won. President Lincoln is arguably America’s most memorable President, if not for his policies then the way he was assassinated. Using a combination of Woodford Reserve, Cointreau, Orange Bitters, Absinthe, Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum and Maraschino Cherry, we pay homage to one of the most notable people in history.
