It was one of the first campus child care programs in the Massachusetts State University system. The name was changed to the preschool program in 1996. As a member of the National Coalition for Campus Children’s Centers and a founding member of the Massachusetts Campus Children’s Center Coalition, the Salem State University preschool program is active in the child care and early childhood
