GREAT CENTRAL – HAWKESBURY 6-Days 4-Days

DAY 1: The tour commences at Karuah – late afternoon. Check into your DAY 1: Arrive at the Brooklyn Wharf @11am where our ‘Spirit Cruises’ crew accommodation at the Karuah Motor Inn or Riverside Motel. Tonight, a welcome will greet you & collect luggage. We are now deep in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, cruise on into Refuge Bay to view the stunning waterfall cascading DAY 2: – Lemon Tree Passage – – Port Stephens - Tea Gardens down the cliffs, then pass by Cottage Point and Bobbin Head before cruising further & Hawks Nest down to exploring Elvina Bay before mooring at our overnight destination. Breakfast at a nearby venue. Your cases will be collected by our staff and taken directly OVERNIGHT: ‘METRO MIRAGE NEWPORT’ FOR DINNER, BED & BREAKFAST to our next accommodation. A short walk to the river where we board our ‘Spirit II’ cruise boat to commence the exciting days ahead exploring the “great lakes”. OVERNIGHT BULAHDELAH From Newcastle – From the CBD of Newcastle, take the train from Hamilton/ to ‘Hawkesbury River Station’. We suggest taking the 8.35am train, arriving at DAY 5: Pacific Palms - Coomba Park - – Coolongolook & Wallamba – 10.27am. Our staff will be there to meet you. Forster.Breakfast and then we transfer to the northern shores of Lake Wallis where our boat and crew will be waiting at Pacific Palms to take us on our final day of exploring this wonderful area. We cruise on the waters of Wallis Lake and enjoy a catered picnic/barbecue at Coomba Park. We will also travel through the canal developments of Foster Keys. During the afternoon we explore sections of the two rivers in this area - the Coolongolook and Wallamba. Our cruise comes to an end as we pass by the popular holiday resort of Toncurry and arrive in Forster. Transfer to the nearby Forster Palms Motel. A special “farewell” to our “Spirit” crew over dinner tonight at the adjoining club. OVERNIGHT FORSTER

DAY 6: Breakfast at the Motel. The tour concludes after breakfast in Forster.
