Budu}i da mirnim posredovawem kako bi se izbe- gao skandal nije ni{ta postignuto, Eparhija je bila prinu|ena da vesti o ne~uvenom pona{awu rimokatoli~kog vojnog kapelana fran- cuske vojske iznese u javnost. Svi detaqi koji se ti~u saop{tewa su provereni i fotograrfije kra|e mo{tiju i informacije vezane za izjavu Venara da mo{ti uzima kako bi ih navodno "predao biskupu u Prizren" potvr|ene su Eparhiji od pouzdanih me|unarodnih izvora koji su neposredno upu}eni u delatnosti kapelana Venara, ali koji za sada `ele da ostanu anonimni. Lica koja su ERP KiM saop{tila ~iwenice vezane za Venarovu delatnost i sama su posumwala da je re~ o neovla{}enom uzimawu pravoslavnih svetiwa i da Pravoslav- na Crkva mora o tome da bude obave{tena. Episkop ra{ko-prizrenski Artemije izrazio je svoje zgra`avawe zbog ovog ne~uvenog i krajwe nedoli~nog ~ina francuskog kapelana i zatra`io je da se sve ~iwenice vezane za kra|u svetiwa razotkriju i objave u javnosti.
