Se utilizó un método de estudio de enfoque cualitativo diseño fenomenológico. Para la recolección de datos, se aplicó la guía de entrevista dirigida a 7 trabajadores de las organizaciones de los recursos también una ficha extraída del Manual de elaboración y actualización del inventario por el Mincetur, en donde se busca conocer el estado actual de cada recurso: balneario de Costa Azul, cuevas y los humedales de Ventanilla. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fue que el distrito tiene una buena gestión y administración en el sistema turístico con ayuda de sus instituciones a cargo. Sin embargo, se concluyó que debe mejorar la seguridad ciudadana e instalaciones, deberá tener una mejor organización de limpieza, continuar con la reducción de invasiones frente a sus recursos, complementar un método de promoción de los lugares a través de sus organismos y personas a cargo de ellas. Palabras clave: Sistema turístico, demanda, recursos turísticos. vi Abstract The general objective of this research work was to determine the current situation of the tourist system of the Ventanilla district, Callao region in 2020. A study method with a qualitative phenomenological design approach was used. For data collection, the interview guide directed to 7 workers of the resource organizations was applied, as well as a file extracted from the Manual of preparation and updating of the inventory by Mincetur, which seeks to know the current status of each resource: Costa Azul health resort, caves and Ventanilla wetlands. The results obtained were that the district has good management and administration in the tourism system with the help of its institutions in charge. However, it was concluded that it should improve citizen security and facilities, it should have a better cleaning organization, continue to reduce invasions against its resources, complement a method of promoting the places through its agencies and people in charge of them. INTRODUCCIÓN Según el MINCETUR (2016), el turismo es toda actividad inducida por los visitantes dedicados al tiempo de ocio, trabajo u obtener conocimientos de cada espacio. Esta actividad es realizada por un periodo no mayor a 6 meses. Al respecto, según revelaron los datos de la OMT (2020), en los últimos meses del año hemos vivido una crisis a nivel mundial debido a la Pandemia COVID 19 donde el turismo disminuyó, perdimos aproximadamente 120 millones de puestos de trabajo referente al sector turístico. Sin embargo, de acuerdo al IMF Business School (2020) aseguró que no olvidemos la constate lucha y crecimiento que ha logrado tener el turismo a nivel mundial durante este periodo de vida. El turismo nacional e internacional experimentaron diferentes escenarios donde supieron levantarse con el esfuerzo de su propio trabajo, a pesar de los distintos inconvenientes, este sector llegó a demostrar la fortaleza y perseverancia que posee, el cual se posicionó fuertemente, para lograr ser el soporte económico de un país. Años atrás el turismo presenció escenarios como el SARS, una crisis económica y guerras donde se vivieron casos similares como en el año 2020, las cuales fueron superadas en un corto periodo de tiempo, puesto que el crecimiento de este sector depende de las personas a cargo y la forma de laborar en él. A nivel Internacional, tenemos a Pino (2017) en Argentina del departamento de Tierra del Fuego en la provincia de Rio Grande realizaron un diagnostico turístico con el propósito de conocer el estado actual de sus atractivos turísticos, las necesidades y problemas que presentaba su territorio. En esta investigación se logró detectar los inconvenientes que presentaba la provincia para lograr un buen desarrollo turístico. El autor obtuvo como resultados, dar a conocer cuáles eran las motivaciones y actividades más consumidas por los turistas. Se caracterizaban en tener una demanda de preferencia por lugares naturales. Es por ello que el avistaje de aves lo promovieron como turismo rural e incluyeron 1 la pesca. Por otro lado, detectó una mala infraestructura, puesto que las autoridades no brindaban interés para la realización de los negocios. Finalmente, el autor llegó a conseguir el apoyo de los funcionarios del gobierno de esta región para invertir en la remodelación y revalorización de sus recursos turísticos. Adicional, la revista BBC NEWS (2020) mencionó que Costa Rica se convirtió en un miembro la OCDE (Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico) donde gracias al diagnóstico de sus playas, montañas, selvas, volcanes y su población se logró determinar las fortalezas de cada una de ellas, dando paso a la creación de la marca país. Hoy en día tiene el apoyo de artistas, deportistas, entre otras festividades para la promoción de los lugares en su país como el caso de la surfista Brisa Hennessy que constantemente visita estos lugares y así mismo de esto modo los promociona a través de comerciales, redes sociales, entre otros. A nivel nacional Morillo (2015) señaló que, en la selva la Amazonia peruana posee una gran riqueza natural que llama la atención de muchos turistas; pero no ofrece las mejores condiciones básicas para su estadía, puesto que no cuenta con aeropuertos seguros, calidad de agua potable, hospitales en buenas condiciones, etc. Esto se debe a que los mismos habitantes no están preparados u organizados para la visita de los turistas

Introduction Comedores Populares (Communal Kitchens) run by the women’s voluntary groups in the poverty-stricken areas in Peru is a unique example of mass women’s popular participation that cannot be found in any other countries. It originated at the time of the beginning of economic crisis in the late 70s in one of the poor districts in Lima with a group of women being organized to serve meals. Since then, its number has grown, counting about 5,000 in Lima Metropolitan area and about 13,000 throughout the country in 1994. In Lima alone, approximately 120,000 women volunteer their efforts to support these Comedores. The Comedores became very crucial for poor families to survive during the period of serious economic crisis in the 80s and the following structural adjustment in the early 90s. The Comedores eventually were converted from an alliance for survival to a massive social movement. Traditionally marginalized women began to take collective actions expressing their needs and publicly asking for changes. The local and national networks of Comedores have become important vehicles for women to challenge the existing social structure. This has contributed to projecting a new image of the poor and disadvantaged women who were historically kept voiceless due to gender, socio-economic status, and ethnicity.

This was done through a programme carried out by COFOPRI and promoted by the Peruvian government and co-financed by the World Bank expecting to alleviate poverty and improve the livelihoods of the new formal settlers through three specific goals: • To facilitate the access of the low income population to formal sector credits using their title deed. • To promote the formal real estate sector market in poor urban neighborhoods • To provide incentives to invest in small enterprises, housing and basic services. This land titling programme is based on the theory of Hernando De Soto which argues that informal properties can be turned into tradable commodities and thus be used to accumulate capital and invest it into better houses. Investment may also be made in starting small businesses but this has not materialised. The objective of this research is to ascertain why this has not happened given the fact that the project was specifically designed to enable beneficiaries to use their title deeds as collateral to gain capital for starting small business. My findings focused on different aspects of accessibility to formal credits from the perspectives of both borrowers and lenders in an attempt to answer my main research question: Why has the increase in access to formal credit been less than foreseen by the Land Titling Programme? It will use Nuevo Pachacútec, a young mi- grant settlement in the Northern cone of the metropolitan area, as a case study. The mul- ticulturalism of Lima has been driven and catalyzed by internal migration process, and is now clearly visible in some urban migrant settlements of the Peruvian capital. The case of Nuevo Pachacútec proves that multiculturalism functions best on a micro scale. Multi- culturalism in Peru is analyzed from three angles: as a grassroots policy and principle of cultural organizations; as the diversity of residents in terms of origin and religion; and as the experience of the community and its new approach to celebrating fiestas. The nuanced nature of young migrant settlements is expressed by the phrase, Todas las sangres, which symbolizes the cultural heterogeneity of urban space. However, in Latin America, it is often analyzed in the context of whole countries, where nations are composed of various ethnic and cultural groups. En todas las muestras analizadas se disminuyó el crecimiento radicular comparado con los controles. Asimismo, hubo alteración de los índices de las fases mitóticas de los meristemos radiculares de cebolla (Allium cepa) y del ajo (Allium sativum). Se hizo germinar bulbos de cebolla y de ajo de cuatro sitios diferentes georreferenciados dentro de los humedales por un periodo de siete días versus un control negativo de agua sola desgasificada midiéndose el crecimiento de diez raíces promedio por bulbo germinado. Los porcentajes de inhibición del crecimiento radicular de la cebolla del HVi fueron M1 (80.2%), M2 (55.6%), M3 (63.1%) y M4 (0%). Y para el HVe M5 (39%), M6 (30.9%), M7 (68.9%) y M8 (67%).
