Guests booking the Fond Farewell Room Package will enjoy a memorable stay at the hotel for its final nights in operation and be invited to a grand farewell reception in the hotel lobby.

Guests can choose from three Fond Farewell Room Package options, each ideal for celebrating the glamorous four-star hotel’s Michelin-star cooking and eventful 45-year presence on the Victoria Harbour waterfront.

Located on the site of the original go-down (warehouse) of , the conglomerate most associated with the establishment of Hong Kong as a key Asian port city, The Excelsior, Hong Kong is famous for being a location in the Revenge of the Pink Panther film, starring Peter Sellers, and for its Michelin-starred Yee Tung Heen Chinese restaurant. In front of the hotel is the famous Noonday Gun, which has been fired daily at midday by uniformed Jardine Matheson staff since the 1840s.
