"BITCHUARY (BETCHUA)" ACHIEVES RIAA GOLD STATUS WITH OVER 150 MILLION GLOBAL STREAMS

October 11, 2019 (Los Angeles, CA) - Baltimore’s Shordie Shordie is having nothing short of a breakout year. Riding high on a tidal wave of momentum from his monstrous single “Bitchuary (Betchua),” he shares a new song titled “Both Sides” featuring Shoreline Mafia. The track is accompanied by an incredible Cole Bennett-directed music video, which debuted on Lyrical Lemonade's YouTube channel.

“Bitchuary (Betchua),” from Shordie Shordie’s debut mixtape Captain Hook, has earned RIAA gold certification and has racked up over 150 million cumulative streams worldwide. Arguably the song of the summer, “Bitchary (Betchua)” received the remix treatment with features from A Boogie wit da Hoodie and , further cementing its cultural significance. The song was also touted as a favorite by DJ Akademiks on Complex’s "Everyday Struggle" and shared all over social media by fans and celebs alike including Meghan Thee Stallion.

It’s no question Shordie Shordie took 2019 by storm from releasing new content and videos like “Voicemail,” playing his first headlining shows on the Captain Hook Tour to performing at the BET Experience and receiving co-signs by , Wiz Khalifa and more.
