Today, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published in the Official Gazette the notice of the antidumping investigation on Stainless Steel Sheet from China and Taiwan. Below, please find relevant information on the antidumping investigation:
1. Petitioner: Outokumpu Mexinox, S.A. de C.V. 2. Product Description: Cold Stainless Steel Sheets, resistant to heat and corrosion, with a width equal or superior to 600mm and thickness between .3mm and 1mm, and a width inferior to 600mm and thickness between .3mm and 4.mm 3. Tarifff Items: 7219.34.01, 7219.35.01 and 7220.20.02 and Rule 8th. 9802.00.01, 9802.00.02, 9802.00.03, 9802.00.07, 9802.00.10, 9802.00.13 and 9802.00.19 4.
