Revisions to First Cut Due By: Accepted Photo Formats: JPEGs and Printed Photos to be Scanned. For other formats, please contact us. Final Cut Will Be Available By: Please send photos in the order in which you want them to appear in your Photo Montage. Invitations and Announcements may be used as images.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS All photos for Photo Montage must be received by Stephen Andrews no later than eight (8) weeks before the event date. The first cut of Photo Montage will be available for viewing four (4) weeks prior event date. Once the first cut of Photo Montage has been viewed by client, all revisions must be requested within one (1) week of the viewing or three (3) weeks prior to event date. The final cut of Photo Montage will be available for client viewing two (2) weeks before the event date. Any additional revisions after the final cut has been created are subject to an additional fee ($200/hr). By signing this agreement, the client releases any liability to Stephen Andrews Studios, Inc. for any and all creative and artistic choices made in the creating and editing of your Photo Montage. Photos: - You may include customized logos, invitations and announcements to be used as photos. - All photos must be numbered and in the order in which you want them to appear in your Photo Montage. We can not accept any photos not numbered and in order. - Number your photos using only light pen or wax crayon, if possible and let dry before stacking photos. - DO NOT USE MARKERS TO NUMBER YOUR PHOTOS! - Additional photos may be added to your Photo Montage at an additional fee of 3.00 per photo over your contracted photo amount.
Videos: - If your video clips are in digital format, please submit all clips on one DVD. Be sure all clips are cut to the appropriate start and stop times. - If your video clips are in other formats, please complete the Video Details on the reverse side of your Agreement. - Video clips may be added to your Photo Montage for a fee of 25.00 per video clip.
Music: - We recommend using current song selections for your Photo Montage. Please include the title and artist of the songs you wish to use on your Photo Montage Agreement. - Be mindful that 3 songs is equal to about 60 photos so please select carefully. Your Photo Montage Editor can also select your music.
