6 -1 CHAPTER 6 SPATIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN The Spatial Management Plan is a basic framework that drives the translation of national strategic directions to the state level. Growth and development of cities as well as rural areas that is balanced and integrated (PD1 and PD 2); 2. Connectivity and access that is enhanced and sustainable (PD3); 3. Sustainable management of natural resources, food resources and State Spatial Management Plan heritage resources (KD1); involve the following states: 4. Management of risk areas (KD2); 5.
