Lake and third Canoe Landing on said Klinaklini River, and continuing thence in a north-westerly direction to the westerly boundary of the watershed of said Klinaklini River; thence in a south-westerly direction to and along the southerly boundary of the watershed of Machmell River, and passing between the headwaters of Nicholas and Seymour Rivers, to and along the divide between Alison Sound, Mereworth Sound and Peck Lake to the south, and Long Lake and Wyclees Lagoon and its influents to the north, to meet the coast line at Cape Caution; thence into and along the Pacific Ocean, and passing south-easterly paralleling the westerly coast of to meet the International Boundary between Canada and the United States of America; thence easterly and northerly along said International Boundary to the 49th parallel of north latitude; thence east along said parallel to the point of commencement.

VERNON FOREST' DISTRICT.--Commencing at the south-east cor- er of Section 4, Township bb, Osoyoos Land District, oeing a point on the 49th parallel of north latitude; thence due north to the southerly boundary of the watershed of MoEinney Creek; thence westerly and ?rtherly, to and along the westerly boundary of the watershed of the ..est Kettle River, to intersect the height of land between the waters flowing northerly into Mission Creek and those flowing southerly into the Kettle River, and continuing thence in a north-easterly direction to and along the westerly boundary of the watershed of said Kettle River, to meet the height of land separating the waters flowing easterly into the Arrow Lakes from those flowing westerly, and continuing in a northerly direction along said height of land to meet the southerly boundary of the Dominion Railway Belt; thence westerly and southerly, following the southerly and easterly boundaries respectively, of said Railway Belt, to the south-east corner of Section 35, Township 4, Range 23, west of the bth Meridian; thence easterly and southerly, to and along the northerly and easterly boundaries respectively of the water- shed of the Skagit River, to intersect the 49th parallel of latitude aforesaid; thence east along said parallel to the point of commencement.
