SRF Construction Loan Application 03-23-2009 APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS This application is comprehensive, covering all loan and grant assistance applications for water and wastewater infrastructure financing through the various Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) programs. The format of the application is intended to expedite the review process for both the applicant and TWDB staff. This application can be used by political subdivisions, including water supply corporations.
