Current Affairs August 2020 Date – 25 August 2020 National Food Security Act 2013 Current Affairs 2020 Current Affairs August 2020 Date – 25 August 2020 National Food Security Act 2013 The Department of Food and Public Distribution under Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution has sent letters to States Governments/UTs to include all eligible disabled persons under the National Food Security Act 2013. Section 38 of the Act mandates that the Central Government may from time to time give directions to the State Governments for effective implementation if the provisions of the Act. The Department advised all States/UTs to ensure that all disabled persons, who are eligible as per identification criteria of beneficiaries under NFSA, are covered under the National Food Security Act 2013 and they get their entitled quota of food grains under NFSA & PMGKAY as per provisions of the Act. The Section 10 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 provides for coverage of persons under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana. The Atma Nirbhar Bharat Package of the Government of India is for the persons, who are not covered either under NFSA or any States Scheme PDS Cards. Hence, the disabled persons without ration cards are also eligible for getting benefits under Atma Nirbhar Bharat package. National movement to empower women The Vice President Venkaiah Naidu has called for a national movement for women’s empowerment and to ensure that no girl child is left out of school. The report mentioned that there has not been any change in the sex ratio at birth in India from 2001- 2017--the number of girl children born is much less than what is the general or natural norm. It was brought out by the Indian Association of Parliamentarians for Population and Development (IAPPD). It stressed the need for rigorous implementation of Pre-conception & Pre-natal Diagnostics Techniques law to bring about a balance in the sex ratio. Nithyananda Plans to Set up Hindu Parliament of Kailaasa Nithyananda is planning to set up a Hindu parliament in the next six months. Nithyananda launched the ‘Reserve Bank of Kailasa’ and presented its official currency, called ‘Kailashian dollars’. An announcement on Kailasa’s website states that the launch marked a “milestone and historical moment for the SHRIKAILASA Nation, the only Hindu Nation existing today and all the practicing Hindus around the world”. Report Errors in the PDF – [email protected] ©All Rights Reserved by Gkseries.com Current Affairs 2020 He also claimed that his country had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with another nation to host his bank. Kailasa’s official website claims that it is a “nation without borders created by dispossessed Hindus from around the world who lost the right to practice Hinduism authentically in their own countries”. However, several news reports have suggested that the ‘nation’ is located in a small private island near Trinidad and Tobago, that Nithyananda allegedly purchased from Ecuador. Ancient 56 nations are the most favoured for bilateral and trade relations with Kailasa. The 56 Hindu Nations repeatedly referred to in the press release include Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Afghanistan. A dragonfly is an insect belonging to the order Odonata. Adult dragonflies are characterized by large, multifaceted eyes, two pairs of strong, transparent wings, sometimes with coloured patches, and an elongated body. Dragonflies can be mistaken for the related group, damselflies (Zygoptera), which are similar in structure, though usually lighter in build; however, the wings of most dragonflies are held flat and away from the body, while damselflies hold the wings folded at rest, along or above the abdomen. Dragonflies are agile fliers, while damselflies have a weaker, fluttery flight. Turkey to convert another former church to mosque Turkish President ordered another ancient Orthodox church that became a mosque and then a popular Istanbul museum to be turned back into a place of Muslim worship. The decision to transform the Kariye Museum into a mosque came just a month after a similarly controversial conversion for the UNESCO World Heritage-recognised Hagia Sophia. The Holy Saviour in Chora was a medieval Byzantine church decorated with 14th-century frescoes of the Last Judgment that remain treasured in the Christian world. It was originally converted into the Kariye Mosque half a century after the 1453 conquest of Constantinople by the Ottoman Turks. It became the Kariye Museum after Second World War as Turkey pushed ahead with the creation of a more secular new republic out of the ashes of the Ottoman Empire. The 1,000-year-old building’s history closely mirrors that of the Hagia Sophia — its bigger neighbour on the historic western bank of the Golden Horn estuary on the European side of Istanbul. But they have added to Turkey’s tensions with Greece and its Orthodox Church. Private firms employ more women in R&D According to data in the Science and Technology Indicators (STI), 2018, a periodic compendium of the state of scientific research in India, the private sector research companies of India appear to employ a larger proportion of women in core research and development activities than government- funded major scientific agencies do. Of the 20,351 women employed in private R&D companies, 15,011 — or about three in four — were involved in “R&D activities” and the rest in “auxiliary or administrative activities”. Report Errors in the PDF – [email protected] ©All Rights Reserved by Gkseries.com Current Affairs 2020 However, of the 23,008 women in “major scientific agencies”, fewer than half — or 10,138 — were in the same ‘R&D activities’ category. The 2018 indicators reiterate the historic trend of India’s scientists being overwhelmingly men. For every one of the 15,011 women counted earlier, there are six male scientists in private sector R&D establishments, or about 92,000. The STI is prepared by a division of the Department of Science Technology, the National Science and Technology Management Information System, and is based on data provided by a range of scientific establishments across the country. • Prevention of Femicide a Report by the Asmt Hindu Community April 2021
PREVENTION OF FEMICIDE A REPORT BY THE ASMT HINDU COMMUNITY APRIL 2021 Introduction 1. The human rights situation for women and children in India1 is abysmal2. Despite tremendous public outcry3 against crimes against women and children such as rape, sexual violence, gender- based harassment, and female infanticide happen unabated in India. The State of the Republic of India has been either unwilling or unable to curtail these crimes. India is the most dangerous country for sexual violence against women, according to the Thomson Reuters Foundation 2018 survey.4 According to the National Crimes Records Bureau, the rape of minor girls increased by 82% in the year 2016 compared with the previous year.5 2. Sexual violence and brutal rape have been weaponized against minority women and children by extremist militant elements at the highest levels of governance. This weaponization of sexual violence targeting women and children is part of a more pervasive and systematic campaign targeting certain indigenous spiritual traditions, minority communities, and their leaders,6 especially those from linguistic and religious minority groups, and of dark-skinned people of indigenous spiritual traditions, and of ethnic native-Hindu tribes that have existed in India for millennia.7 One such indigenous spiritual tradition currently targeted for extermination by the Neo-Hindutva8 extremist militants is the Hindu Adi Shaiva Minority Tradition (“ASMT”) in India. The women, children, and young girls of the ASMT community were the most vulnerable target of the Neo-Hindutva extremism. 3. The ASMT explicitly rejects extremism of all types. The extremist militant elements are opposed9 to ASMT’s stance when it comes to the rights of women10, including otherwise marginalized Dalit women, and the rights of members of the LGBTQ+ and transgendered communities11.

  • Enlightened Ecosystems
Enlightened Ecosystems - Kailaasa Eons ago, Paramashiva, the supreme consciousness and the ultimate Lord - revealed the cosmic constitution and He Himself established an enlightened civilization and the first Hindu nation - Kailaasa. Kailaasa is an enlightenment ecosystem. Thousands and thousands radiating enlightenment. Millions and millions manifesting powers, living together all over the world happily, blissfully, peacefully, powerfully. The beings who participated in the learning process through the vedic process of Shravana (listening), Manana (intra-analysing) and Nidhidhyasana (living / manifesting) were capable of knowing anything. They were Sarvajna - capable of downloading what they want when they needed it and had the ability to digest any thought current and give a breakthrough. This was due to their space of Oneness with Paramashiva. The ecosystems came to be considered as settlements that enabled human beings to achieve the highest purpose of human life - Mosksha (Living Enlightenment). For this reason, they were called Mokshapuris - settlements that facilitated Moksha. The Enlightenment Ecosystems, made the revealed scriptures (Vedagamas) come alive through structured education of Gurukuls. The Gurukuls produced ‘Saintists’ who gave extraordinary breakthroughs in all walks of life. © 2019 Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. • Reviver's Vision
support Hindu Dharma with great urgency. We have to come together or perish. Either we stand up and protect Sanatana Hindu Dharma or you will be talking to your grandson about some religion called Hinduism which gave us so much but is now extinct. In Sanatana Hindu Dharma, losing of physical land is not just equivalent to the loss of some property. As the land is lost, along with it go all the scriptures, all the traditions, all the priests, the whole ecosystem for enlightenment associated with that place. When the lands of the Multani Madi (current day Pakistan) were lost, the headquarters of Atal Akhada - the oldest recorded Hindu organisation - itself was lost and along with it, the Ganapati Sampradaya. The Sharada Peetha established by Shankaracharya in Kashmir was the original Sarvajnapeetha (all-knowing seat of Sanatana Hindu Dharma) and the center of the Shankaracharya Mutts. Today, this Moolamnaya Peetha is lost and only its branches in India remain, the very memory of the Moolamnaya Peetha having been erased. For Sanatana Hindu Dharma, the size of the lands lost is equivalent to the number of Sampradayaas lost. We have been reduced from over 10,000 thriving Sampradayas to less than 200 surviving Sampradayas now. His Divine Holiness Bhagwan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam has incarnated at this crucial moment in time to revive the ancient Hindu civilization, and along with it the science of enlightenment. Kailaasa is bringing spiritual legitimacy, religious legitimacy, social legitimacy, cultural legitimacy, historic legitimacy, economical legitimacy and political legitimacy to Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Reviver's Vision His Divine Holiness Bhagwan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam is establishing the Kailaasa Nation representing 2 billion living Hindus all around the world to revive Sanatana Hindu Dharma in its pristine purity as ordained by Paramashiva.

  • Who Is His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda?
Preface This Grand Narrative is the truthful story of persecution on a spiritual leader (Guru) and His community - a minority subsect of Hinduism - by the Hindu extremist militant terrorist forces. These forces are extreme, in that they want one single ‘Guruless’ ideology of Hinduism, which they can control exclusively. What they cannot digest into themselves, they systematically exterminate. Sanatana Hindu Dharma stands on three pillars - Temples and temple-based communities, Gurukuls (ancient Hindu education system) and Guru (the living embodiment of the original Hindu ideology). To digest the Hindu minority ethnic community, the strong pillar of their existence, their ideology, their identity, their Guru is attacked. In a genocide, terrorist, foreign mercenary tribes demolished ‘the temples’ and destroyed ‘temple communities’ (the first pillar). Later, organized greedy merchants, destroyed ‘the Gurukul’ education system (the second pillar) and made India into their colonial empire. Both these forces were well aided by the native Extremist Hindu Militant Forces. The commanders of barbarian forces were often Hindus. The Kings who signed treaties with the merchants were Hindus themselves. Finally now, when both pillars are destroyed, Extremist Hindu Militant forces want to destroy ‘the Guru’ (the last pillar). This untold story is not of external forces, but of internal vested interests who have always remained hidden, and destroyed Sanatana Hindu Dharma internally. This is a story of how the “Truth” relentlessly persists against forces of collective negativity rooted in individual vested interests and personal agenda. It is a story of Persecution, not Controversy as made out to be by the vested interest elements. By this we present to the compassionate reader, the need to educate ourselves and raise our awareness about – what they did to Him – so as to prevent such crimes against humanity.
