The Annual Service Delivery Plan translates the objectives of the Corporate Plan 2020 - 2024 into detailed supporting strategies for service delivery. It takes account of, and is consistent with, Budget 2021, which was adopted by the members on 17 November 2020. The Annual Service Delivery Plan 2021 identifies the services to be provided and the standards to be delivered, monitored and evaluated to ensure that optimum delivery of services is achieved. The plan provides a clear focus to enable the elected members, staff of Monaghan County Council together with key stakeholders to work together to develop and improve the services that are delivered to our citizens.
