Francisco Lapetina (, 1970)

General production | Artistic Direction | musical and audiovisual production |

Musician and sound artist, music and audiovisual producer. Based on sound and music, his work is located in a territory of hybrid exploration where he experiments with voice, body, instruments and technology in audio and video. His work, which is supported by his studies at the Faculty of Architecture and more than 10 years of performance as a visual communicator, has been translated into works of transdiscipline, music for short films and documentaries, sound art in installations and works of contemporary dance, performances multimedia and collective audiovisual creation devices such as Hornero Migratorio. He has 5 musical albums with compositions (songs and instrumentals) and productions of his authorship, in addition to two record projects as a producer. His focus on artistic creation and production (mainly in areas of music and sound but also text, image and body on stage) is personal and inclusive: creativity, human relations and networks, local identities, collaboration and technology have a structural role.

Sabina Harari (, 1980) General production | Field Production | Photographer

Cultural manager. Studyes in Social and Cultural Anthropology (FHCE-UDELAR); Technician in Cultural Management from the University of Culture (CLAEH), Photography and Literature. She works as a community cultural manager in the territory for the Culture Corners Program -Department of Culture, IM. Together with Francisco Lapetina, creates the sociocultural, artistic and educational project “Hornero Migratorio” with audiovisual and musical imprint, in which she performs general, field and camera production tasks, having traveled much of the national territory as well as abroad, from 2012 to the present. She has been working in association with cultural production in different fields (Editorial, Music, Theater, Performing Arts and Audiovisual) since 2005 without interruption and also as a press agent for the communication and dissemination of therater, music shows, film premieres, among others. She creates the production company "S&V Producción Cultural" together with Virginia Scasso, carrying out, until now, a multiplicity of projects mainly of theater and music; In this context they create the " Ciclo Cuerdas" together with artists such as Pablo Routin, Sara Sabah, Nicolás Ibarburu, Carmen Pi, Gonzalo Franco, Juan Pablo Chapital, Edú Lombardo and Martín Buscaglia. They are actually producing the new Ruben Rada Show "Part of History: Opa, Totem, Kinto and Rada" (2019), and plays like Potestad with Julio Calcagno, among others.

Ernesto Donas (Uruguay, 1971) Academic & Educative Development

He is a musician who graduated from the University of Brasilia and the Rubin Academy in Tel Aviv. He took specialization courses in , Uruguay, Costa Rica, Israel and the United States. In addition to joining the faculty of the University School of Music (EUM-UdelaR, Uruguay), he has been a bassoonist and contrabassoonist of the Philharmonic Orchestra since 2008 and has acted as an extra musician for the OSSODRE, as a member (and founder) by Tungue Lé Cuarteto. He is currently a member of the Hornero Migratorio project team, being responsible for the area of educational development. He completed doctoral ​​ studies in ethnomusicology at New York City University (CUNY). The research areas focus on the relationship between music / sound and political processes, memory and place. He co-authored a book with Denise Milstein about the popular song in Uruguay (Cantando la Ciudad, Nordan: 2003) and has written articles and reviews in books and magazines of Ethnomusicology, The World of Music, Anthropológica, Trama and others. He received project support from both the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations and the City University of New York.

Miguel Grompone (Uruguay, 1973) Gral Production | Transmedia Development | Film Photography

Filmmaker, producer and audiovisual artist. His work has diverse profiles in the use of audiovisual as a language. On the one hand, he is a producer of fictional or documentary pieces, content for TV and various platforms. In that territory, his projects have a deliberate cultural interest, such as the audiovisual creation project "Hornero Migratorio" or the science documentary series "Sobre Hombros de Gigantes". In addition, he develops audiovisual language on the scene, creating visual montages (which generate and / or manipulate live video) in theater, dance, opera, classical music and ballet performances. Within this diverse range of stage proposals, the theatrical devices of Sergio Blanco, director with whom he has collaborated in the last 6 scenic pieces.

Gonzalo Durán (Uruguay 1967) Musical production | music-sound workshop leader

Musician: instrumentalist, arranger, composer, music producer and teacher. Performing within the theater world, carnival, popular music and audiovisual production, his work focuses on the union of music and the visual at the stage level. Musical composer in plays; both for adults and children, within the independent theater and also for the National Comedy. Composer, arranger and musical director of the Antimurga BCG throughout 20 seasons (carnival and outside of it) integrating circus elements and the Comedy of Art. Sessionist and Instrumentalist in projects of various figures in the field of Uruguayan popular music as well as musical arranger for recordings and soundtracks of various film projects. He also works as a music teacher for 30 years, generating in this activity a constant exchange and learning; fueled by the bond with emerging artists.

Gabriel Calderon (1982, Uruguay) Playwright | Theater Director | Actor

He was a member of the COMPLOT Performing Arts Company with which he has created or collaborated in more than 30 shows for the span of 10 years. He has written more than 20 plays and has been recognized with different awards including: Florencio Award 2005; 2008 Iris Award, New Dramaturgy Award from the International Theater Institute; Morosoli Award; 2006 Young Talent Award from the Bank Boston Foundation. In 2004 he received a scholarship from the Carolina Foundation to take the "Professional Dramaturgy and Theater Direction Course" in and in 2009 he was accepted to the International Residence of the Royal Court Theater in London for his international program that year. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab and resident artist of the Théâtre des Quartiers d'Ivry in Paris France. His works have been performed in Argentina, Brazil, Panama, Peru, Spain, France, the USA, Greece, Mexico and and his texts have been translated into French, German, English, Greek, Catalan and Portuguese. At the same time, he has lectured at the Nouvelle Sorbonne Paris 3 and at the Casa de América Latina. His work in management include: Director of the National Institute of Performing Arts, General Coordinator of the celebrations of the Bicentennial Uruguay, Director General of Cultural Projects of the National Directorate of Culture of the MEC (Uruguay), Director of ENCONSTRUXION, Platform of young stage creators from Uruguay, Coordinator of Contents and International Protocol of the MONTEVIDEO SITIADA Festival. He was one of the creators of the University Technical Dramaturgy. Currently he has just returned from staging his text "EX that the actors burst" at the National Theater of Catalonia with great acceptance from the public and critics. This year he will make up four shows in which he is linked from different roles, will premiere his new play "IF- they celebrate the lie" in September and will direct the National Comedy for the second time in "The return to the desert", to be released in October.

Tamara Cubas (1972, Uruguay) Choreographer | Projects Manager | Dancer

Graduated in Plastic and Visual Arts, from the National School of Fine Arts Institute, University of the Republic (IENBA / UDELAR). Master in Art and Technology in EMMA, Utrech School of Arts, The Netherlands, EMMA Award in Image & Technology. Graduated from the contemporary dance school, Montevideo. She is artistic co-director of the Perro Rabioso collective, from where she has carried out numerous cultural projects related to artistic dissemination, training and production such as the FIVU, the Uruguay International Video Dance Festival and the Montevideo Video Library. In recent years she has focused to her artistic production. She designed and was the general coordinator between 2006 and 2009 of PLATAFORMA, an incentive program for artistic production and innovation (Ministry of Education and Culture, Uruguay), director of the International Festival of Performing Arts, FIDAE 2009 (MEC), advised on various projects of the Directorate of such as Funds for Competition, AEscena !, among others. She was a dance programming consultant for the Solís Theater, Montevideo, 2008-2009. Jury for the Competitive Funds Uruguay 2010. She was a FECFA 2012-2014 scholarship holder, an incentive fund for artistic creation of the Ministry of Culture of Uruguay. Currently, she is a member of the Programming Advisory Council of the Solís Theater in Montevideo and the Career Commission of the Bachelor of Dance at UDELAR. Among her recent artistic works, the scenic works “Anthropophagic Trilogy”, “Multitud”, “Puto Gallo Conquistador” and the exhibitions “El día más hermoso”, (Montevideo 2012) and “El lugar de la Ausencia” (Mexico 2015). Her recurring themes are Memory, Power, the Political, the Other and the Collective, using various formats for her artistic proposals. She is the director of Campo Abierto, Center for the Promotion of Creative Thought located in Rivera, Uruguay, from where she carries out extensive cultural actions and projects. She is part of the PROAC Civil Association as a manager producing sociocultural projects.

Magela Ferrero (1966, Uruguay) Photographer | Visual Artist

She has been working for more than twenty-five years in activities related to photography. Throughout that time she exhibited her work dozens of times in different formats and in different places inside and outside Uruguay, inside and outside photography.

She was a jury of numerous prizes related to the arts, standing out the 54th National Visual Arts Salon, the Juan Carlos Onetti Poetry Prize awarded by the Directorate of Culture of the municipal government and the first Photography Prize awarded by the Ministry of Culture since this year 2018.

She received the Justino Zabala Muniz scholarship for creation, which is awarded to those who. have developed an uninterrupted work of more than twenty years in an artistic discipline and two Competitive Funds for the plastic arts.

She represented our country in the third Mercosur Biennial and in the 54 Venice Biennale.

Alejandro Ferreiro (Montevideo, 1968)

Writer |​ Journalist ​ Between 1988 and 1996 he studied at the University of Communication Sciences and at the National School of Fine Arts (UDELAR).

Since 1985 to this day he has worked on various press media, radio and television in his country.

In 2007 he created and hosted Dos Veces Uno, a journalistic television program that aired on TvCiudad and Televisión Nacional (Sodre).Some of his works have been published in foreign newspapers and magazines.

In 2008, he participated in an artistic residence in CAMAC – Centre D’Art -Marney Art Centre, in France and that same year he was selected to participate in a Screenplay Workshop with Gabriel García Márquez, at the International School of Cinema and Television, New Foundation, in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba.

He is a member of the teaching staff of the Cultural Journalism Course at the Uruguay Itaú Foundation, created and directed the Readers Club of the Spanish Cultural Center in Montevideo and also developed a Writing Workshop for young people in the same institution.

Between February and November 2015, he created and starred, along with three other Uruguayan artists (María Agustina Fernández Raggio, Matías Paparamborda and Juan Manuel Ruétalo), Inabarcable (​Unfathomable)​ , a documentary film that recorded the emotional course of a boat trip from Montevideo to Antarctica. It was produced, filmed, written and edited by the four members of the team.

In 2018 he was chosen by the Random House Editorial Group to integrate the Map of Languages, a selection of ten writers of the year to be published in Latin America.

In 2019, along with the journalist Gabriel Pereyra, he created the journalism collection Espejo for the publishing house Debate. Since then he has directed and edited all the books published in the collection.

In 2020 he started OIGA!, a musical duo with Álvaro Riet, and released this past April their first album, Globos mecánicos ​(Mechanical Balloons)​.

Lucia Etcheverry (1983)

Since 2011 he works in production, press, broadcasting and theater management as well as in production of works, among which it is worth mentioning: the production and management of the international tour (Colombia, Ecuador) of "Pogled", a show written by Iván Solarich and directed by Santiago Sanguinetti, nominated for 6 Florencio awards and winner of 3 of them. Theater production in 2014, carrying out "I will not give children, I will give verses", written and directed by Marianella Morena. Winner of the Florencio award for best work by a national author. Also responsible for her tour of Spain in 2015 (FIT in Cádiz, Sample Theater in Úbeda, Spanish Theater in Madrid). She is in charge of the production of various works by Sergio Blanco and Calderón, being invited to FIL in Havana, between others.

Patricia Fry (Uruguay, 1985) Actress | dancer | manager

Actress graduated from IAM, 2010. Dancer and contemporary dance creator. Initial education teacher received by CIEP, 2005 and Bachelor of Psychology from UDELAR, 2013. Course of Artistic Production Management (FUNDACIÓN ITAÚ). She has studied in depth with other theater teachers including Daniela Catz, Tamara Kiper and Claudio Tolcachir (Timbre 4), Ernesto Martínez (Siti Company.), Pablo Gershanik (Cia Finzi Pasca), Mariana Richaudeau (Argentina), Jurgen Müller and Judy Lomas. (Fura dels Baus), Maurice Durozier (Theater du Soleil, France), Max Cúccaro (Physical Theater, ) among others. Training in Contemporary Dance from 2008 onwards; She participates in the creation and interpretation of various pieces from 2009 onwards, directed by Carolina Silveira, Carolina Besuievsky, Tamara Cubas, Fura Dels Baus, Gonzalo Decuadro and Gonzalo Bentancourt. Teaching experience as a dance and theater teacher from 2014 onwards. Fermin Torres (Uruguay, 1980) Audiovisual director | cinematography

He trained at the Uruguayan Film School (ECU, 2002-2005) specializing in Photography and first assistant cameraman. He carries out different photography workshops and attends the Bachelor of Communication Sciences UDELAR. His work experience is related to the direction of photography and production of television programs as well as for advertising and cinema, working for production companies such as NepalFilms (2011-2007), Paris Texas (2010), he works as a cameraman on television channels and Contents Tv (2005-2007) Telemundo doce, Tv Ciudad, Montecarlo Tv), has worked at the Magenta production company since 2010 until today.
