8/15/2016 JT-Geometryconference Overview Program Related Conference Contact About Us Overview The First JapanTaiwan Joint Conference on Differential Geometry & the 8th TIMSOCAMIWASEDA Joint International Workshop on Differential Geometry and Geometric Analysis About the Japan Taiwan Joint Conference on Differential Geometry : The purpose of the Japan Taiwan Joint Conference on Differential Geometry is to foster discussions and interactions between the differential geometry communities of Japan and Taiwan. It will be held every two years. The first conference will be held at Waseda University, Japan, December 13th17th 2016 (TuesdaySaturday). About the TIMSOCAMIWASEDA Joint International Workshop: This workshop is organized as a project under the agreement of academic cooperation between TIMS and OCAMI. It is also supported by Waseda University. It was initiated to develop collaboration on Differential Geometry and Geometric Analysis between Taiwan and Japan. In order to enhance international and multidisciplinary education, graduate student participants from Taiwan will be assigned mentors from Japan in their research area, and graduate student participants from Japan will have the opportunity to be assigned mentors from Taiwan.
